Good morning i would like to complaint the information desk his scheduled was midnight, he angry to me too much he said why im late coming. He also told me that no more room available, but im book already. Then i inform also that im coming late and i given already my details what time I've came. He warned to me that if next time i need to come before 12 evening of thursday. The name of the person that time is Mr. AYUB. I experienced also that im the one to check first the room before i enter, but i know that there is already room for me because i book already. I feel insulting. Two times i inquired in your hotel and i inform what time i come, and the Receptionist said NO PROBLEM if i come late. So please kindly settle this problem. Thank You...
