The property is in a good location and all
Areas assessable via taxi and helps taxi's are cheap to get around so visiting tourist areas isn't expensive on travel. Breakfast is good and wide range of food but be prepared to wait sometimes as can be busy. The staff are great throughout and very helpful a definite high point for the hotel is their staff. Nice pool and beach area - limited pool side space so if want pool bed u best be early.
I wouldn't stay at hotel again , on check into our room was very strong smell that someone prior had been smoking even tho signs of fines for smoking. The pool was freezing first couple days and asked why and was told wasn't summer - but for this size of facility heated pool should be on - heard few complaints and our last day before check out was huge improvement. The biggest draw back to this hotel is the Society night club adjoined to hotel - if you have sea view rooms your going hear it believe me - Tue , Wed , Thurs & Fri it's open til 2am and it's like your bedroom is hosting the night it's that loud luckily we were Fri - Mon so only
Encountered it for one night or would have been asking for room move or hotel move if couldn't be accommodated. Breakfast is good but can be busy with having 24 floors to hotel with anything up to 14/15 rooms
Per floor breakfast can be a queuing system to get in.

Lovely friendly staff, clean rooms and beautiful lobby. Loved the swimming towels and water given around the pool and beach. Good location and breakfast had a great variety.
Very noisy night club until 2am right next to the hotel on the Thursday and Friday night.
The usual problem of people putting towels on loungers and going off for the day and you can't find a lounger. Not sure why people going early to collect a towel and then putting it down and walking off can't be told that they can only reserve a lounger for an hour. Some on the beach were literally left "reserved" from early morning until 3pm on numerous occasions. very annoying

We had a great stay at the hotel! The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, we liked everything about our stay. The only downside was the breakfast โ it was the same every day without any variety. It would be great if there were more options. Otherwise, everything was good. Thank you!

There is a club on the premises that plays insanely loud music from 10pm to 2am at night (on Tuesdays, Thursday and Fridays). We asked to move to a quiet room but the bass from the club could still be heard. We couldn't sleep, had an early flight, so it kinda ruined an otherwise very nice hotel experience

How the staff managed the chaos of the EID holidays.. Very calm and collected- very cool ?
Itโs not their fault- itโs the seasonโฆ
but the dinner was supper chaotic.
(Still the staff managed everything very very well)
They could have opened the other restaurants on the hotel to accommodate the amount of hungry people waiting for the buffet dinner-

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a gorgeous suite during our stay, which made the experience even more special. The room was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff were also fantasticโvery friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
Check-in took over 40 minutes due to a demanding family in front of us. However, this situation should have been handled more efficiently by moving the issue away from the main desk so other guests could continue checking in, rather than holding up the entire line. There also didnโt appear to be enough staff on the check-in desk, especially during a busy period like Eid.
The beach area was extremely crowded, and unfortunately the beach staff were not very proactive in helping guests find available loungers. A bit more effort and assistance from the team would have made the experience much more pleasant

The place, the dinner was perfect and the breakfast was good. The stuff was excellent
On Friday night there was bass from night club that would go through all the hotel structure and hit your head. Couldnโt sleep till 2 in the morning. That is the only downside but it was a big one

The price was good especially it included breakfast and dinner.
There is a smell in the corridors and in the curtains in the room. Smell old or dust. I felt like allergic when I get near the curtains.
