The rooms were spacious. Glad it was residential type to accommodate visitors. The receptionist, Ms. Rose is very pleasing to speak with. Attentive to detail, intentional, great personality & customer service highly commendable.
The swimming pool, though small, the various, colorful floaters are instagrammable and enjoyable.
The hotel in itself has lovely interiors.
Staff during check in are accommodating and friendly.
Talabat orders are being picked up by staff and delivered right thru our hotel rooms..thank you!
One of the toilet has no spray & the TVs arent smart tv hence my baby and visitor has no other entertainment. We called for assistance on this but wasnt resolved. I guess it would be good to inform your guests in advance that the youtube, netflix arent working so we can bring a laptop. In addition, the photo of room in booking.com is different from the actual.
Most restaurants menu are quite costly.
While staff during check in are accommodating and friendly, the Market waiters are not so friendly servers.

Staff were very friendly and customer oriented. Room was spacious with nice view. Breakfast was limited in the terms of variety but exceptional in quality.
Hotel menu can be further upgraded with more dishes from the restaurants. Dishes are not in line with the Hotel level, let alone the prices for what you get. Consider to have some sauces instead of providing ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise for some dishes. (Chicken crumbed)

Great location. Close to the City Center Doha Mall. In my view, the pictures dont do justice to the apartment. Sufficient supplies. Great valet service. Great and friendly staff support. Pool and gym as stated.
No smart tv. This was a big downer as entertainment for kids were limited while in the room.

Centrally located / middle of all the action, lovely customer service and very attentive to your needs and feedback, they made sure I move to another room the moment I complained about the room amenities / big size, they also bribed me with some lovely cake / treats / apology note so couldnt say a word :) (credit was due)
breakfast was good and they were kind enough to allow me to have a take away box for snacks and bites for later, loved the free Vallet and parking , cool corner suite was lovely with the sea view / pool view, room was nicely designed and pleasing ,
It gets quite busy sometimes in the lobby / Vallet because of the restaurant and bars, room was sea view but lower flower so the swimming pool fountain gets very noisy and you would lose sleep, rooms lighting and entertainment system is abit outdated and tv is small with a tiny remote / slow and settings in Russian with limited channels to enjoy , very basic ac system its either on (very noisy) or off (gets hot) so you have to balance between comfort / noise( there is no auto on /off mode) which cant be resolved by the hotel for obvious reasons, as the suite is fully windowed it would be better if there is a one button switch to open the curtain / blinds rather than manually doing it in the evening / night for some privacy, restaurants / menu is abit pricey (for example I paid the same amount of my room booking just for using room service and restaurants on site, hotel guests should get discounts from hotel spa / restaurants and partner restaurants , spa is pricey a basic 30 minute massage will set you back 500-600 QR (the cheapest option) (150-170$), swimming pool was rather small and no beach access (partner facility available at a cost) pool had also limited sun / sun bathing space, this is expected as it is not a resort

I paid for sea view room but they gave me a partial sea view room. I complained and got an upgrade to a full sea view suite. The room was amazing but someone had smoked in it and it smelled bad.

The W is a luxurious hotel in a great location - a few minutes walk from a large shopping mall and the corniche and a short taxi ride to most other attractions.
The service is impeccable and I was made to feel very welcome on arrival. In particular, Tunc on reception went above and beyond to arrange a late checkout for me which made such a difference on my last day. I was also provided with a lovely welcome drink on arrival.
I ate in La Spiga restaurant where the food, wine and service (provided by Sahbi) was fantastic. Sahbi recommended a dish for me (pasta with clams) as I was undecided, and it was absolutely delicious.
The second night I ordered room service. The food was very good and Munshi provided friendly service.
The lap pool is pleasant and I was the only one using it on the Saturday afternoon.
I was on the 9th floor and had great views.
I'll definitely stay in the W should I stop over in Doha again.
The air-con was loud.

Great beds and no expense spared in the bathrooms. The receptionist remembered my name and room number which is great for a busy hotel. The guys at the entrance were great and genuine and helpful.
The prices were higher than they needed to be especially for meals. The staff were attentive but sometimes it felt overorchestrated and that was unnecessary. Whenever I called the Whatever whenever I was greeted with a hello Mr De Silva . Id rather my name not be used than be called Mr.
