Old hotel, for me cold inside. The facility didn't get any renovation for long time. Small rooms trying to fix with mirrors on each walls. Got only one small window with poor visibilty. Breakfast was at lower level as other hotels provide from same group.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Bucharest, and my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth by an incredibly attentive and professional staff. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured a bed so comfortable that it guaranteed restful nights of sleep.
The hotel offers an impressive array of services, including a modern wellness center where I could unwind after my busy days exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was a true feast, with an incredible variety of delicious dishes served in an elegant and refined atmosphere.
The location of the hotel is ideal, close to Bucharest’s main attractions, yet tranquil enough for a peaceful stay. Finally, the attention to detail and the staff’s commitment (Aurelia) to making my stay perfect truly made a difference.
I highly recommend the Sheraton Bucharest to anyone looking for an unforgettable luxury experience. I will definitely return on my next trip!

UPON ARRIVAL ( 12.30 ) THE POLICY IS CHECK IN TIME AT 15.00 , A VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST (FEMALE ) TOLD US THAT SHE WOULD TRY ! TO HAVE OUR ROOM READY BY 16.00 !!! UNACCEPTABLE. THE MALE RECEPTIONIST WAS HELPFUL AND GAVE US AN EXEC. LOUNGE ACCESS CARD SO THAT WE CAN WAIT UNTIL OUR ROOM WAS READY.

I can mention the lack of small containers for jam and honey at the breakfast stand as a missing feature.

The pool and the location.
The Sheraton Bucarest is very disappointing.
First, the staff never smile and they are not very friendly or welcoming.
Secondly, the room was the same i booked in Booking, so i didn’t see the upgrade.
Thirdly, the second day someone come into the room to let one bottle of filtered water, BUT THEY DIDNT CLEAN. So naturally I needed to call the front desk to have the room cleaned. This is not normal.
Finally the restaurant: the food are frozen products not fresh food and very expensive.
this is not the standard we expect from a five star hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sheraton Bucharest Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process seamless and efficient.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a well-stocked minibar, and a cozy seating area that made it feel like a home away from home.
The hotel’s location is ideal, situated conveniently near local attractions and dining options, which made exploring the area a breeze. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where I had a delightful breakfast in the morning. The variety of options available catered to all tastes, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s wellness facilities. The pool area was serene and well-maintained, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The fitness center was also well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine.
Overall, my experience at Sheraton Bucharest Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

The location was good. There's parking space available, although you pay an extra 20 euros per 24h for parking which is more expensive than in other European cities
The price, the amenities and overall staying conditions. First of all I would not say it's a 5 star hotel, maybe more like a 4star. The room was incredibly small and the bathroom could use some renovation. All in all it was clean but definitely not worth the price.

All staff were uniformly friendly, efficient, and helpful. The hotel breakfast was exceptional. The location was perfect for us. The room was spacious and very clean.
The shower in our room was very poorly designed. Without a shower curtain and with a tub surround that tilted toward the inside of the room we flooded the bathroom floor several times. We finally discovered that by placing a towel on the ledge we could redirect the water back into the tub and avoid flooding.

Good location, nice property.
The shower was very difficult. It was a tub shower that was almost impossible to get into and the tob floor was not easy to stand on as it wasn’t flat enough. Impossible to use for people with mobility issues.

Staff is great! Rooms are comfortable, breakfast with large variety.
The sofa in the junior suit was uncomfortable as I couldn't lean back...

Everything was great. The staff were extremely polite and the lady at the reception was even talking Greek. We got a free upgrade for our rooms which was an amazing surprise ?.
Our rooms were located on the 14th floor so the view was breathtaking. Breakfast has everything you may need regardless if you're vegan, vegetarian or not. There were plenty of options for everyone.
The neighbourhood was a bit weird but safe. If you wanna go anywhere you need an Uber or car.

Clean rooms, amazing service, friendly staff and delicious food. We really enjoyed our stay.
The pool may be a bit more warmer.

I liked the breakfast and that there was a few vegan options - could have been more like vegan “meats” like ham or salami
The pool was smaller than expected and very exposed
