I didn' t like the bathroom walls. They were made of glass and you had the feeling you were close to your family. You couldn't have any privacy in that kind of bathroom.

From the front desk to the restaurant staff and then SPA staff everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. I especially liked their campaign #stiupecineva. The AC in presidential suite didn't work properly while they even had a floor fan plugged in to help out.. no blinders. Dirty rag (or at least visible spots) and some bathroom lights didn't work.
Description said two king size beds in one of the rooms but they were rather two twins (maybe a bit larger) and the king while very huge had a very hard cheap mattress. Pillows weren't "four stars" either
The receptionist lady was unwelcoming if not rude.. though her colleague was very kind and helpful.

The location cannot be beat. Itโs the best. Right at the front of the old city, but not in the middle of the chaos. Very safe and convenient. The staff was very nice, always pleasant and helpful. I asked for a quiet room and they said they would put me in the back, and they honored thatโฆit was quiet and not bright in the morning so I could sleep late into the morning. The first room had some issues and wasnโt so nice, so they immediately gave me another option in the back, a pleasant room that was quiet the whole time, not a spectacular view but I didnโt need that, it was fine with a few building rooftops in the courtyard. They also provided extra pillows when I asked for fluffier ones, and duvet when I asked. Very helpful at any hour. Air conditioning was fine, didnโt use it much because the room had a decent temperature. I slept well. Room was clean enough, I didnโt request service daily but sheets were changed when I had room cleaned and I was able to get towels when I needed. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I missed the breakfast one morning, and was going to just buy coffee from the bar, but they brought me coffee and some food anyway. The breakfast staff was very pleasant and professional, lovely people. Like many hotels, the experience depends on what you need and which room you have, so if you ask they will do their best to help. I had a standard double room with a bathroom that was in an open space, which may not work for a couple because turning on the light at night could be an issue and thereโs little privacy, and the bathtub may be difficult to get in and out of for some people, but it suited me fine because I was traveling by myself and I donโt have mobility issues. Water pressure was great. Overall, a very nice stay! Would stay again when Iโm in Sibiu. Beautiful city.
When the room was cleaned during my stay, it just involved changing towels and sometimes sheets, and straightening up/replacing essentials, but the surfaces and the floor in the bathroom didnโt seem like they were cleaned or vacuumed. But the housekeepers were all very nice and helpful, so if you ask Iโm sure they will do what you need. Some donโt speak any English, which is understandable, but itโs easy to communicate. One very nice woman helped me when I didnโt know how to turn on the shower. The staff made all the difference, so if you ask for what you need, they accommodate you.

The staff was very kind and professional. The room was clean and well-prepared by the staff. The receptionists were very kind and helpful.
The beds were very uncomfortable and noisy (my grandma's old bed was better than those). And really, two-layered toilet paper that was as soft as sandpaper?! The bathroom didn't have enough ventilation; thus, after a bath, I had to ventilate the entire apartment. Those body and hair oils were the worst, both in smell and usefulness.
The food was really bad. I am not talking about the chef's competence, but rather the portion size (for 300 RON, you got a chicken breast with 6 pieces โ I've counted โ of potato chips, a small dessert, and some pasta with strange veggies and cheese that tasted even worse).

Is second time when i come. Tea and coffee available in the room, possibility to have a hot tea. Minibar in the room also, with payment.
Rests of peanuts on the floor and on the desk, shadows of glass coffees not cleaned at all. I assume that was a bad luck and a very tired person missed some parts, on his/her rush. Nothing so bad, but can be improved of course. The rest perfectly cleaned.
I did not travel with dog, but I noticed on the reservation letter that are accepted only small size dogs under 10kg and generally, if i would travel with my mid sized dog, would become a not possible option :(

The room suffers from several major design flaws that significantly affect privacy and usability. The toilet doors are made of transparent glass, and one of the toilets is placed directly in the living room with seeโthrough partitions. The shower is located inside the bedroom and enclosed with glass, so entering or exiting leaves you fully exposed. Anyone sharing the room must step out whenever the other person showers. A glass partition in the living room is also oddly positioned, serving no real purpose and only obstructing movement. Overall, the interior layout feels strange and poorly thought out.
Frustrating functional problems: The nightstand beside the bed is extremely small. Both sinksโone in the living area and one in the bedroomโhave very limited counter space. The bathtub used for showering has grab bars, but they are installed too low to be helpful when stepping in or out. There is also no place to hang towels or clothes while showering.
