We had an amazing time at Aparthotel Gaja. The location is incredible as it's less than a 2 minute walk to Lake Bled. The staff are incredibly friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing. He took time to talk to us about the room and the local area. The free parking was a HUGE plus for us! Breakfast was included with our booking and was absolutely fantastic! It is bought to your room and feels so authentic.

Our shower needs some work as the head needs replacing. We also had ants in our kitchen area (not the hotels fault), but we did find ourself constantly cleaning them up.

The breakfast was VERY extensive. There was WAY more than we could eat, and on subsequent days we specified which things we wanted and which they didn't need to bring. It was delivered to the apartment each morning within 5 minutes of our call that we were ready - so very prompt. The apartment was clean, beds and pillows comfortable, and the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartments are conveniently close, but not right on the lake, and also close to a number of restaurants.

The only drawback from our perspective is that when staying at a place where breakfast is provided, we love the communal aspect of talking with people from other countries at breakfast.

- The hotel is at a very good location, very close to the lake and right next to the city center shopping area with supermarket and restaurants. - The apartment was VERY large with two bedrooms and three queen beds. It also had a large patio in the back. It also has view of the Bled Castle. - The staff there were very helpful and responsive. They gave many helpful advices. - The breakfast was fantastic and by far the best breakfast we had experienced at a hotel room. It was delivered in a few minutes after notifying the staff, and the varieties were beyond what we had expected with everything we could think of. With three females and one male, the foods and drinks were way more than what we could consume. To reduce waste, maybe in the future the hotel can ask the guests how much they would like to have.

- None.

We really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Gaja! My mom and I spent five nights here and were so impressed by how spacious it was—we had a large bedroom, a living room with a pullout bed, and a full kitchen with a dining table. We could even see the lake from the patio! The rooms were clean, housekeeping came daily, and the complimentary breakfast was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. Check-in was smooth, the staff was friendly, and the location couldn’t be better—just a 5-minute walk to the lake and plenty of restaurants nearby. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Bled.

The location is pretty fantastic - just a short few-minute walk down to the shore of the lake. The apartment was clean and well-stocked, and the staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful. What really puts Gaja over the top, however, is the breakfast. It's incredible, served in your room each morning, and is more than anyone could ever ask for!

Gaja was an outstandingly pleasant surprise at every turn. The location is amazing, just a block from the Lake Bled waterfront. The staff at the desk is welcoming and so helpful with all the property's information. Our guest villa was beyond expectation... large rooms, super well equipped, cozy and comfortable with a balcony overlooking both the lake and the mountains. And although it's a self-catering unit with everything you could need in the kitchen, breakfast is delivered in the morning and it's enough to feed six people! We were constantly surprised by how wonderful this stay was - and just as sorry we didn't book more time at Lake Bled and at Aparthotel Gaja. Can't imagine there's a better lodging choice for enjoying Lake Bled!

Apartment A6 on the ground floor with two terraces, spacious, bright, warm. Equipped with everything needed for both a short and a long stay. Friendly staff, willing to help in any situation. Breakfast in the room, for all ages, salty and sweet. Very close to the lake, you don't need a car, and you have free parking in the yard. Fantastic location - just a few minutes walk to the lake. Plentiful, yummy breakfast! Great water pressure in enclosed shower (no water all over the floor). 2 Bedroom Apartment very clean and fit 5 adults nicely for 2 nights

A couple small things. We couldn’t regulate temp and got very hot at night so we had to open windows (stayed in Dec). Parking - every time we wanted to enter/exit from the parking lot, we had to call a number and someone would lift the bar so we could do so. Maybe an electronic mechanism to recognize key card or keypad with code would be more practical so guests don’t have to place a phone call. We were there in December so not a ton of traffic on the road this time of year.

I absolutely loved the location, the service, and food. We had a wonderful and smooth time.

The temperature in the room couldn’t be really adjusted so it got a little to warm for my taste, and it did cause some ants to come out and play. There was road construction so it was a little inconvenient but that’s not the property’s fault.

Aparthotel Gaja is just 5 minutes walk from Lake Bled. The room was large, it was clean and well equipped. Reception was friendly and responsive, we were able to park and charge our e-bike in their garage. Breakfast was huge and amazing!

Access by bike from the lake was a bit tricky because of road works, needed to take a loop. But hopefully that would be done soon.

Clean and comfortable, the breakfast was so good! They brought plenty of everything and all was fresh and tasty, the coffee however was bad. Great they have a parking place, crowded but a must if you want to stay close to the lake.

Found it a bit expensive, but this was clear from the beginning.

Location/proximity to lake and restaurants, excellent breakfast experience, kind staff, convenient parking

No elevator but there is a ground floor unit if mobility is an issue.

Beautiful apartment, we had the superior lake view apartment and it was much bigger than what I was expecting. Very clean and tidy, all rooms were decent size and a nice balcony with a beautiful partial view of the lake and some mountains in the distance. Very cosy in the evenings and a 5 minute walk down to the lakeside. Comfy bed with different pillow options. All staff we spoke to were really friendly, and was great to have the breakfast delivered to our room. Would highly recommend.

The cushions on the egg chair on the balcony are ripped so they need replacing, the toilet seat could do with replacing as well as the woodchip has become exposed. The breakfast was varied, however quite heavy on the processed meats side which we didn't eat. Some other hot options would be nice but we still filled up for the day ahead and used the food to make sandwiches for lunch. Would also be nice to have a later check out time of 11am.

The hotel is very close to the lake and all the restaurants in this part of Bled. It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from the Bled-Union bus stop, making it easy to get to from out of town. The breakfast was massive, varied, and they bring it to your room. My room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

It's about 5-10 minutes walk from the lake, it's really clean, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is so rich - four people could eat it instead of two! Birds wake you up in the morning and you can have your coffee with a view of the Bled castle ? We were also allowed to leave our car in their parking for a couple more hours after we checked out. The stuff is really nice!

Nothing in particular - maybe that the parking is a bjt narrow.

I would say that the staff was the best part of our stay. They were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was served in our apartment, which was great, and the biggest plus was the balcony.

Amazing hotel a couple minutes walk from Lake Bled. Our room had a castle view which was breathtaking. Breakfast had a wide variety of food (eggs, bread, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, cheese, cold meats etc.) and was delivered directly to our room each morning. All the staff were super friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat, things to do/see and where to get good matcha haha.

Some block out curtains in the bedroom would be good as it got very bright very early in the morning and was difficult to get back to sleep.

Our family has stayed in numerous accommodations like this one…. Aparthotel Gaja may be the best one we have ever stayed in. It was not just one thing, it was a multitude of greats! Great location! Great staff! Great room! Great breakfast! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible in that they delivered a variety of foods to your room every morning at exactly when you asked and then came and picked it up 1 hour later. I would highly recommend this place!

Nothing!

Wonderful ground-floor spacious room with bedroom separate from a large kitchen/family dining area. Outer courtyard wonderfully private. The “breakfast” that was hand-delivered and set up outside in the courtyard each morning of our stay was more of a feast. We made sandwiches and had lunch each day! Location is very convenient--5 minute walk and you are at Lake Bled promenade.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge, due to limited space (fortunately, we had a compact car)

It was spacious, clean and they served a huge delicious breakfast in our room in the morning. The view was great from our balcony and we could see the castle on top of the cliff side.

We liked everything but if I had to be nitpicking I would say the room was a little warm in the evening. There was a fan in the room that helped. But again, we loved the stay and would come again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brought to your room in the morning when you are ready, lovely! Rooms were basic but comfortable. Location was great, walked right down to the water or to dinner.

Parking instructions though specific and appreciated, were still quite difficult to find.
