Breakfast is okay and the earlier you go the better. It gets chaotic towards the end - thereβs a struggle to find tables and long queues for the coffee machine. I didnβt get a mug even though I asked for one and had to have my coffee on a paper cup.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and we got a wonderful room wtih a lot of space and a beautiful view (we got an free room upgrade because of a sale).
The breakfast was nothing extraordinary but everything was fresh and good.
The hotel is also nearby the Tivoli Park and about 10 Minutes to the city center.
I don't know why this was an issue but our room was way to hot and we couldnt turn it down to our liking. It definetly felt like over 25Β°C. We opened tje window so the ventilation would stop. So the second night was ok temperature wise.
And on booking it says that there is no possibility to reserve a parking lot. We came with the car and got the information that we could have made a reservation beforehand. To be fair I didn't say anything because the woman at the front desk solved the problem directly, which was amazing!

There was no blind or curtain in our room so we had to sleep with the sun blinding us from early morning with a small child. Ineffective air con in our room. No iron or fridge in room. This hotel looks like itβs from the 70s and hasnβt been updated since. My room had stains all over the floors. The air conditioning didnβt work night one (which they ended up fixing), but then the toilet broke day 2 and they didnβt have anyone to come fix it. The elevators also broke except for one of them so with hundreds of people in this hotel, there are really long waits to get anywhere.

The gym has no water, no towels, the machines are worn out and poorly maintained.
The wall on the ceiling above the TV is moldy, as if there was a flood from the floor above, and it looks terrible.
The entrance from the garage is very confusing
You first pass by casino then you go to hotel.
Hallways on the way to the reception are messy, dirty..

Location is excellent, 5 minutes walk to city center. Bar has good variety of drinks
