The breakfast was great, especially palaΔinky :) The city view from my room was stunning.
Unfortunately, I encountered a very unpleasant situation upon checking in. Having looked at my passport, a receptionist started to insist that I needed a visa, which I did not. Since these claims were made in a semi-loud voice, it attracted the attention of other guests who were also checking in. I had to explain myself and show other documents to prove that I did not need a visa to enter the country. The whole situation was awkward, uncomfortable and stressful. I did not expect that and am disappointed. By the way, during my further stay in a different hotel in Bratislava no one even checked my passport, my ID was everything I was asked for.

The location is excellent, in the centre of KoΕ‘ice. The main attractions are a short walk away.
The breakfast selection is excellent, good coffees, lots of fresh fruit, gluten-free bread which was great.
We loved the wellness area, a great place to relax after sightseeing.
There was a lovely cooling lemonade available in reception for guests during the afternoon, and coffee in the mornings.
Receptionists are friendly and helpful and speak good English.
We loved the hotel breakfast, but considered it a little pricey at 25 euros each, so only had it once.
15 to 20 euros would have been fairer I think. Especially as the shopping centre nearby had nice options for 5 to 10 euros.
The light switches in the rooms were unnecessarily complicated, consisting of 4 squares. We never got the hang of them, longing for a good, easy old-fashioned light switch!!

The room was Brillant, comfortable, location was excellent, opposite all the good restaurants, staff are excellent. its the Hilton and they do it well. breakfast was awesome. its 25 EUR but just do it, there is not a better feeling than a hotel breakfast at a luxury hotel. It just makes you feel good :-) The bar area which pretty good, the space is beautiful, big open space with plenty of options on where to sit back and relax and with every drink you get some nuts and crisps, there little touches but they matter and make you feel good. The have a live feed TV screen from Kosice airport which has the arrivals and departures times which is pretty cool The bed is comfortable and big and beautiful, bed set , pillows are excellent. its the Hilton!!! you get what you may for and more!!! they just know how to do it. Hilton is not the four seasons or mandarin oriental, Shangri la but it is much affordable/reasonable than those hotels and worth the money!!! its an excellent hotel and its worth the money .

The hotel is superbly located near the Old Town and near the railway and bus station. Very friendly staff and recently renovated rooms. The rate is a bit overpriced, so you should look for promotions / discounts while booking.

Overall everything fine, comfortable, nice views, great location for my purposes. Very quiet. Nice extra is the spa included and the inhouse restaurant was excellent.
For the money paid and the brand name I honestly expected more. I would stay again but only if it was again paid by someone else. Some minor issues with the shower water temperature not being stable and the air conditioning not being cold enough (and the window does not open fully). I also did not like that during check in the staff said they could put everything on one bill but during check out they had to make the booking and the other expenses separate which creates a big problem for me with expenses reimbursement.

Convenient location only just a few minutes walking from train station and is situated at the tip of needle-shaped old town center (some people call lens-shaped ). The staffs at front desk were so professional, friendly, good English and full of hospitality. Our room was big, airy, nice city view, bigger than normal bathroom and has good WiFi. Hotel also has bar and restaurant on site. I am strongly recommend this hotel if anyone plan a visit to Kosice.
Just in my opinion the water pressure in the shower should be a little bit more stronger. The design of the faucet at the basin can cause the huge waste of water from dripping if not turn off the faucet to the right spot.

Staff was nice and check-in was quick. Rooms are clean and spacious (especially bathroom) and well-equipped. Wi-fi is great.
Hotel is in the historic center, so perfectly placed for tourists visiting Kosice, but close enough to the train station, if you just need to sleep between travel.
There was some technical issue and hot water was available only from time to time and even then very spottily. The water (warm) was also dirty.
Beds are slightly too high, but that is nitpicking.

Professional staff, very good service. The hotel location is as well excellent, next to the main street, cafes, restaurants and historical places.
As strong wind was blowing, sounds from exterior was sounding like distant explosions; minor details could be improved for a better comfort of visitors, like the app setup on TV to allow easy access to popular channels like Netflix, YouTube etc.
