Nice enough room which was clean and well presented. Staff brilliant especially "sudsie" the pot washer who was a load of fun and John at reception who also was a laugh a minute.. I hate stuffed penguin types of staff and these guys made my day. If I have one small problem it's the water temp..... R

Great location for an event we were attending and free safe parking a minutes walk away. Rooms were spotless and the room I was in had had the bathroom recently refurbished and was lovely. Evening meal of steak pie and fish and chips was delicious, good portions and very reasonably priced. Wouldn

Good location, staff were nice and friendly, did not eat there as had other arrangements but both restaurants looked nice and good choice of food. Hotel was clean and nice touches like toiletries. Good view from window of waterfront from bedroom window. Hotel did have a pleasant atmosphere.

Best location in a beautiful town right on the firth of Clyde. Easy to find from the ferry. Plenty of free parking a minutes walk away on the waterfront & easy walk to explore everything. My room was small but very clean and warm. Lovely staff. Beautiful views. Try Anselmo for a delicious fish&chips

Lovely staff and excellent service Bar was nice with lovely views. Had a lovely lunch and stayed over. Rooms were clean and comfortable, great there was no noise from other rooms. Really nice place to relax.

The hotel is in a good location, in town centre and only a short walk from the ferry. The food was reasonably priced and delicious. The hotel is gorgeous, in the perfect place for local amenities. This is what convinced us to stay in the first place, however, the building could use some maintenance. The room was beautiful. The room was big with lovely furniture and plenty of storage space. 4 poster bed was super comfy. View was exceptional. Staff were really nice. Everything was very clean. The drinks in the hotel bar were reasonably priced.
