Breakfast was good.
Room hopelessly small. Only 6ft wide and about 10ft long. Wardrobe for an en suite. On second floor and with a heart condition this was not helpful. It would be good if such restrictions were made known before booking but price was an issue.

Excellent service as soon as we walked through the front door. Welcoming host, the property has been fully recently redecorated to a great standard and very fresh. Breakfast was amazing and more importantly the business made us very welcome and was very accommodating for my 4 year old boy, who equally enjoyed the treatment and experience.

Excellent choice of Juices, cereals toast tea & coffee plentiful. Then hot breakfast freshly cooked to order. Again great choice ranging from full English to a bacon butty, with plenty of other options in between. Nothing too much trouble & great with kids. Offered to make breakfast early on last day of stay as had to leave to catch train.
Nothing. A gem of a small hotel in a great location. Fabulous hosts will definitely return again next time in Blackpool.

1st time at this hotel as a family who literally go to blackpool every other month. Scottish owners who were lovely from 1st day till last they were always there to make sure we had everything we needed. Probably IMO the nicest street in Blackpool (reminded me of the old blackpool with all the flowers and well maintained buildings. The room was super clean and was the biggest room we have had. My son had his own own space to sleep. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and there was lots of toys/cartoons to keep my youngest occupied. The room also has a fan which was great for this time of year. WiFi was also really good which isnt always the case for blackpool. Overall I'd say BEST hotel I've been too in a long time in Blackpool and I've been to many. Will definitely be back thanks for a great few days.
