Informed staff of mobility issues and asked for a room near the lift.
The room was through a door, down two steps along a corridor up 6 steps another door then a short walk.
The room was tiny, you have to walk sideways along the bed on the wall side, only 1 bedside table as there was no room on the other side of the bed for another. The bedside light has a switch which we couldn't reach without standing up, it should have a string pull.
The shower room is a joke, the toilet is between the wall and the shower unit with the loo roll holder and a radiator on the wall. It's so snug you have to stand up to wipe yourself.
There are no usb sockets in the room.
Had booked for two nights didn't stay the second one

Didnt like the breakfast was not nice food and wasnt what was shown on website on website it offered a full cooked breakfast including hash browns mushrooms and blackpudding got none of them also other options was supposed to be omlette and cheese on toast none of that so paid for 3 breakfasts in our stay only had the first one and then the other days had to go and psy agsin for our breakfast not happy as we paid £430 for our stay lot of money

We got put in a family suite which was a really good size with a huge bathroom. There is a side view onto the beach as well.
Great bars and entertainment on downstairs. It has a restaurant on site as well but we only had had breakfast whilst there so cant comment on evening meals.
Wish one of the beds was a king size. Didnt have the best sleep as we are used to a superking at home and with my health problems the double was a struggle. The room was plenty big enough to hold it as well.
The breakfast was ok, you woukd get better elsewhere..... not the expected full English you usually get.
The draught mixtures at the bar for diet coke and coke was horrible.

The carpark, not big enough for size of hotel, especially if there is a function going on as well. Also didnt like the fact that you had to leave a damage deposit. Not everyone should be tarnished with the same brush....

The uncomfortable bed mattress, very small old tv with netflix button on the remote but been told by a member of staff that their tv's dont have netflix, also me and my 1 year old baby had breakfast at the hotel and my son has been throwing up all day

Parking! Eventually managed to park on hotel car park but only after driving round the area for 20 min looking for somewhere.
Paying £50 per night incidental deposit? Which for people on a limited budget could be a bit much...
Although comfortable the bed springs kept creaking & clunking everytime you moved.

The location of the hotel
The hotel room was on the first floor, had two kids and could not sleep because of the noise from whatever happens in the evening. Each day we slept affer midnight which really ruined our holiday! We needed a break from everything but this did not make it any better

The Decor was very nice, and I especially liked the enclosed veranda, as you could enjoy the sun even if the wind was strong outside. The lifts were also very useful as I would have found the stairs quite difficult, and the tram/bus passes were a nice touch.
Lastly but by no means least were the staff all so friendly and happy to help us thank you for a very nice stay.y
The main thing my husband complained about was the fact that on the all inclusive package any drinks you bought after 10pm had to be paid for as we were not aware of this before we got there, and I found some of the food a bit bland.
