Very central to town. Clean towels every day.
It looked very tired. Inside and out. Room although clean also looked tired. Not quite what we were expecting. Photo does not match room.
I guess it’s reflected in the pice.

No hot water.
Old,rooms very worn, beds uncomfortable and more durable for a toddler. Fire doors in hallway just slam most of the night from guest coming in and out. Not much parking either.

Bed was very comfy, spacious room, beautiful period features.
Amazing locations very close to the town center
Being fussy the car park is tight and limited, though we did get our Vito van in fine.
The entrance hall to our room smelt a little damp.

Room, furniture carpet decor in bad state of repair. Carpet torn, marks on wall, bathroom radiator rusty and badly marked. Bathroom and room need total refurbishment. Fridge noisy.

It was the most simple, no hassle booking. Click, wait a few minutes and confirmed. Nice cozy room, warm (was -1 outside so it was lovely to walk in to a warm room) tea and coffee provided
The bathroom had this heavy damp old smell

It is in a ver central location. The room was clean and quiet.
The building and the furniture are very old. There is no insulation at the windows. The cold air came into the room all day. Don’t visit in February. No heating in the bathroom, but a lot of cold air from the old window. The central heating system was very poor.

Great location and staff being very friendly and helpful
The first day there there wasn't a lock on my bedroom door so I couldn't lock my door. But then they changed my room and in the middle of the night my bed collapsed and I ended up on the floor

Walking distance to the town plenty of shops , restaurants at different price range , cafes, & coffee stops , parks .were very well kept. buses were very frequent .we visited Gloucester quays, which we were in Cheltenham £3 each way per person .
I requested a lower level room which we were given ,the bed was very low i had to struggle to get out of the bed Due to it being against the wall, when my husband was asleep, the room smelt damp no where to sit in the room apart from the bed the only window that opened was the bathroom window , the fan did not work in the bathroom, people coming & leaving at the carpark entrance were noisy at times .

We paid £91 for the night for a room for 3 in the city centre with parking. We didn’t expect much for that price and we wasn’t disappointed ?. If you just want somewhere to put your head down for the night than you can’t go wrong with this!

The hotel is slightly dated and in need of some upgrades, but for the price, it's ok

The beds were not comfortable. Badly needing replaced as they sagged a bit. Pillows were thin. If that could be improved then this review would have been excellent.

Comes with fridge and microwave
Room was close to entrance
The size of the room was good
Didn't know how to open windows (though I didn't ask anyway)
Looked a bit dingy
The plates and cutlery provided weren't properly cleaned. I used my own fork instead. Having a room right next to the entrance, you can hear everything in the corridor and reception
