The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Sayyid. They went out of their way so that I could check in early. My room was also very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The location was also very convenient, as it was very easy to get to Heathrow Airport and Wembley Stadium. Good

Free parking space is a fantastic bonus but it is 1st come 1st serve basis. The tube station is 2 minutes walk away from the hotel along the picadilly line. The best thing about the hotel was the great staff especially Syed who always helpful and gave great advice for any recommendations.
