The staff are brilliant as are the facilities. I needed an EV charger and they very kindly reserved the one in the car park. The honesty bar plus free eggs and bread was also great. The room we had was fully kitted out with everything we needed and the Molton Brown products great.

The only issue we had was the cleanliness. There were hairs on the pillows and in the bath.

The apartment was really well equipped, everything had been thought of and there were welcoming touches like fresh milk in the fridge and homemade biscuits. It was also great that the rooms weren't over hot and were well aired. There was no noise from other guests in the hotel or from outside at any time. It was great that there were normal coat hangers in the wardrobe and the hairdryer was a standard one you could plug into any socket. The staff were all really friendly, welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. It was great that the parking was directly under the hotel, was secure and could be accessed directly from the hotel.

The location was perfect, so close to everything. The staff were so cheerful, kind, polite and helpful. The room was spotless and so cosy. Had everything you could need. We booked a studio but got upgraded to a balcony studio free of charge.

There was nothing to dislike, the stay was wonderful. Would come again!

Location was great for access to train station and city centre. Apartment was well equipped. Eggs and bread at reception was a nice touch.

Upgraded to balcony apartment but could not open doors to living space or bedrooms without smell of cigarette smoke flooding the apartment. Smoking was permitted on balconies and in the enclosed courtyard area directly below our apartment and this was a real issue for us as non-smokers. Noise from other apartments was an issue. Woken at 4am by banging and shouting in the corridors and full blown argument outside our door. Reception tried to resolve however, shouting, music and party went on until 7am leaving us with little sleep. The owner provided a full refund in compensation for one night however, I get the impression that it’s not the first time this type of issue has occurred and not something I would have expected especially given the hotels policy on stag, hen and other types of parties.

Very comfortable spacious modern Studio apartment in a quiet location but very convenient for Leeds city centre. Very nice welcome in reception, car park underneath the property with lift access to room. Added bonus is the honesty bar, a welcome pack in the room plus complementary bread and fresh eggs for breakfast.

It was a luxurious apartment including a clothes washer and dryer in a separate room, the shower was very big and the water pressure was fantastic. Very quiet and a short walk to an express Tesco. Also appeared to be a very safer environment. Great place to stay. Can't think of anything i could improve. Also provided a safe parking pace on site.

The WIFI did not work in the apartment, though it worked in the common area. I tried seeking help from the reception, but no effort was taken. Given it was a work trip, not having the wifi was a problem. The TV also did not connect because of no wifi.

My room was excellent for a long stay in Leeds. Great location within a few blocks of major bus lines and Leeds station. Close enough to the shops but far enough not to get the people noise. Loved the shower, and the kitchen amenities were great. I really enjoyed drinking tea and watching BBC in the morning.

Sometimes the wifi would disconnect briefly, which was not a huge problem. Some of the guides for the TV seemed out of date. I really didn't have any actual issues.

I booked a four-night stay at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, with breakfast included. Unfortunately, what I got was essentially an unserviced apartment, with a breakfast offering that would not be suited for a budget hostel, let alone any hotel. It consisted of tiny, pre-packaged items like 0.2 liters of orange “juice” (from concentrate) with a straw for the entire stay. What they call "fresh bred" is just packs of toast. There was no housekeeping, no fresh towels, and no bed-making. And it would not even happen for a 6-day stay. As a 4-star hotel, this place seriously missed the mark, with stinginess beyond imagination. Together with a kettle, there is some instant coffee, some tea, and some white sugar, all of the cheapo no-name kind. I mean, seriously?! As an apartment, it might suffice, but even then, be prepared for things like slamming fire doors whenever you move between rooms.

Drop the notion of hotel; this is a pure AirBnB, just without the local tips that usually come with staying at someone's house, such as where to actually get some breakfast, where to purchase some water, or what are some decent restaurants in the vicinity. There is a lot of staff on the ground floor, but it is completely unclear what they are doing, except for handling credit cards and restocking the "honesty bar." BTW, ... Booking.com was unresponsive when reporting this complete mismatch of advertising gloss and reality. I also have no idea how these presently high review scores come about; unreal in my humble opinion.

Have stayed here a couple of times before, but didn’t realise this time that I hadn’t booked the superior room. The standard room we stayed in did not have air con, there was a floor fan instead which was very weak. We were at the back of the property which meant a view of the bins. And the kitchen was smaller so not much oven or counter space. I did call reception to ask for a room change as the heat was very uncomfortable without air con, but was told it was £160 more to change. Bit disappointed but overall a pleasant stay

It was a very quiet hotel. We liked the spaciousness of the rooms and how each one is separate. We didn't use it as such, but the kitchen was well-stocked. The little balcony was a bonus.

We didn't like how each room has a door that swings shut. I know the UK is big on fire doors but it was kind of ridiculous, especially considering how dark it was in the hallway when all the doors were closed. Only the bathroom door stayed open. I also had trouble operating the washer/dryer combo. They brought me a new when the first one seemed to have a broken dryer component, but I couldn't get it to dry either. Probably operator error!

The communication was great for check in. We felt really welcome. The room and facilities were outstanding. A king size bed would have been a bonus though. we loved the little things provided like milk, snacks, coffee and tea etc. Location was fantastic for Leeds city centre. The Reception area was superb and felt very cozy.

Would have liked a bigger bed and better towels. There was only one set of towels and they were not very big or fluffy. Larger bottles of shower gel would be good too. It was not enough for 2 of us for 2 nights.
