Great value and helpful staff Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and always available. It was very well kept. Parking was included in the price off the room which was great. 24 hour coffee and comfortable spacious room. Liked the exercise room as well. Disliked: Really nothing. It fit my needs

Good value - good location. Liked: Location was good. Place was very clean. Morning coffee was great! Disliked: My AC didnt work and the TV didn’t much either, but weather was perfect so opened a window and all was OK.

Very good Liked: Hotel was clean. Internet worked Disliked: It is not a problem of the hotel; it is simply that Berkeley has a serious social problem with homeless people and drug addicts you can find anywhere. It smells like weed, and you do not feel safe... Breakfast was boring

Poor Liked: After riding coach for 4 days on a train it was good to sleep in a bed. Disliked: No hair dryer in room. Asked at desk for one and they gave me one that barely worked. I bought a new one. Said they had laundry services but machines were broke and we walked 6 blocks to a laundromat that

The staff was very accommodating! Liked: I didn’t have breakfast. The parking was a blessing. Disliked: The carpet smelled. I had to be taken to another room where pets were not permitted.

Solid location, about 20 min from central and downtown Berkeley by bus, about 45 min- 1 hr walking. Room was clean, checkin and checkout very easy, hotel held baggage all day without a problem.
