From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed by the staff on the reception desk. We booked a deluxe room, and it was beautiful. Very spacious with flatscreen tv, tea/coffee set up, hairdryer, iron, shampoo/conditioner. Was a lovely surprise to see a microwave and a small fridge. We had an evening flight the following day and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we looked around Boston. We would like to give a big shout out to Juberto on the reception desk, he was very helpful and friendly as were all the receptionists. Will definitely come here again when we return to Boston.

The location is great, within the financial district, near the center, near TD Garden, very cozy and clean. The staff was extremly professional and friendly. Best of all is the lobby lounge, which provides free coffee etc. the hotel is linked to the neighboring bar, which is also cool.
Maybe only the fact that i was missing a safe.

Cleanliness was a real issue - there was dirt and dust inside cupboards, on skirting boards, and in other places. There were also some odd touches like housekeeping only making up one of the beds? Unsure as to why that was. Sofa bed was very small, but that was expected.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Downtown! The complimentary all day breakfast is such a huge plus! But most importantly, the staff is absolutely lovely, especially Annalisa and Carla that made the stay dxtremely pleasant. They were super helpful, attentive, patient and very efficient. The location is genuinely excellent - really central, felt safe, and better than other areas I’ve stayed in Boston. The room itself was a good size and clean, and the front desk team were consistently warm and welcoming. One of the reception staff (Italian lady) in particular was fantastic, but overall the service at check-in and around the hotel was great.
Two big issues really let this place down. First, the bathroom is extremely small (more like a cruise cabin than a hotel) and noticeably tighter than hotels we’ve stayed in in places like Paris or New York where you’d expect space to be limited. The layout is very cramped, the toilet is unusually low, and the shower is so compact the curtain sticks to you constantly. The toilet also blocks very easily (as mentioned in other reviews) - ours blocked on first use and we had to request a plunger. If this is a known issue, it would be much simpler to just provide one in the room.
Second (and more frustrating), the TV/casting simply doesn’t work. You can’t log into Netflix/Prime or connect devices, and casting repeatedly drops out or fails entirely. We tried multiple times across different days and times, so this wasn’t a one-off. In 2026, that’s a pretty basic expectation and not something we’ve ever had an issue with in any other hotels across Europe or the US.
What made this worse was the handling. The hotel proactively messages before, during and after your stay asking if everything is OK, but when we raised this it was either ignored or we received automated responses saying it had been passed on, with no follow-up. It wasn’t until later in the stay that we were told it’s due to poor internet/too many users - which clearly isn’t a new issue or one you would expect in the centre of a city. The lack of transparency and the way it was handled made it far more frustrating than it needed to be.
It might sound like a small thing, but if being able to watch or stream your own content matters to you, this will be a dealbreaker.

Appreciated that they have a system to not share your room number aloud which was great from a safety perspective and you can have this text or emailed. Coffee and tea machine in the downstairs lounge was a great feature alongside the water machines with refillable bottles provided. Comfy room, no issues with cleanliness or noise.

Walking distance from the train station, close to main touristic attractions, confortable rooms, friendly staff. Even though there was no breakfast included in my rate, there is a pub beside it, with a connection to the hotel, serving delicious food at affordable prices. Definitely recommend it.

The location of this place is amazing, especially if you are exploring Boston on foot. The fact that there is a fabulous English pub downstairs makes it even better! After long days of exploring beautiful Boston, it was perfect to just amble in before we went upstairs .

The only disappointing thing was "the kitchen". There was a little kitchenette with a microwave but absolutely nothing else. No cutlery, bowls, plates etc. All the cupboards and drawers were empty. Some wine glasses would have been nice.

The parking was about a block away with discounted fees charging 27 dollars per 24 hours but no in-and-out convenience.

No breakfast. No fridges in the room. Rooms are tiny. Loud night life on the streets near. We asked to keep our bags at the desk while we waited to check out and came back. We had to wait 30 MINUTES to get our bags… and it seemed like such an inconvenience to them!!

Centrally located, near the Freedom Trail and within walking distance of public transportation. The room was comfortable, the shower was great, and the free coffee and water was much appreciated. Staff were always friendly and greeted you every time you passed reception. The hotel is linked to the Elephant & Castle pub & restaurant next door, with excellent food and drinks.
Nothing really - I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Boston.

The location is fantastic, walking distance to all the main sights and transport. The hotel while smaller felt more personal. The room is a bit on the smaller side but was adequate for 2 people. Bathroom too.
It was super clean, quiet, staff were always courteous and professional. Beds were comfy, Alberto at check in was very helpful and proactive. Everything in the room worked. Breakfast in the pub next door was very decent, the coffee and water machines in the lobby were a big plus!
Very minor things that could be an easy fix perhaps. The water temperature in the shower could be a little hotter. A charging outlet on the side of the bed closer to the window would be very helpful.

The property is in an amazing location and the staff are great. The beds were comfy and there are good refreshment facilities that are really useful and great to have included.
The bathrooms are very tired and small - the showers have shower curtains which just feels a bit grimy.
Dirty cups weren’t collected from our room either.
I know big cities are expensive to stay in but overall it didn’t feel great VFM.

The Location within walking distance to the main attractions and transport. The staff were friendly and would greet us when we came in to the reception area. A nice comfy lounge with coffee, tea and water which you helped yourself to. Beds were comfortable.
The room was a bit on the small side. A bit dusty on some of the surfaces. One morning we got woken up at five O clock due to a large crane outside our window, they were doing something with the air conditioning. No one apologised for the inconvenice.
