The Langham Boston is always our choice hotel when getting away for a Boston visit. We enjoy the idea of staying at this boutique hotel for its stylish luxury and personalized quest services. We appreciate the distinct and memorable guest experiences the Langhamboston extends to us during each stay. We feel welcomed and are grateful for the hospitality and generosity of the staff.

amenities were great, bed was not very comfortable as it had a big dip on the side, needs to be rotated/flipped/replaced
the AC and fan speed control in the room was not working properly and i had to ask for it to be managed remotely which resulted in too warm sleeping conditions
