They had gluten free options at breakfast
The food was kind if nasty and made us feel sick. We had very loud neighbors above us that kept us up for all night. Noise level was difficult with banging and heavy walking.

The location was great. We needed to go to the German consulate which is just a cross Michigan Avenue and we wanted to go to daily plaza. this location is really the best
Breakfast was ok was not expecting anything different. One of the rooms was just behind the elevator and it was like the elevator was in our room, it was very loud in addition the quality of the bed was not very good. I staid in Hampton inn's before I was always happy about the quality but this Hampton inn needs urgent remodeling and sound proofing.

The room was big enough and clean. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Location was great. Close to much shopping, dining and attractions.
The original room was not available when we booked so we did not get the kitchenet but we were put into a nice enough room althought the king size bed seemed a bit smaller than a king. we were close to the elevator so that was some noise at night but not terrible. Have never stayed on such a high floor (38) and this caused a bit of dizziness among some family members.

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked how there was a 24 hour break room kind of in the cafe spot so if I had to cook something I could go there.
I wish we had microwaves in our rooms. I didn't like that there was no free parking.

Location, location, location. Can't really beat being right off Michigan Ave.
Stayed here for three nights. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles were empty upon arrival. Asked to get the refilled 3 times over the next 2 days and they didn't. I had to go out to get shampoo.
Our 3rd night, the couple next door decided to sleep in the hallway floor because their room was too hot. They kept slamming the door every 30 minutes throughout the night, waking us up repeatedly. We let the front desk know, they checked with the over-heated neighboors, and allowed them to stay there for the rest of the night.

I loved the room. It was clean and kept up. It was also big enough to move around in. The view was really beautiful too.
The young gentleman that checked us in was super kind and helpful!
I think that the parking cost should be included in the price of the room. I also think that you should be able to park your car adjacent to the hotel in the parking garage whether you are valet parking or not. This was very disappointing.

Staff were very friendly and kind. Not fancy, but a nice breakfast was provided. Location is very good if you are visiting the Magnificient Mile.
The elevator was scary. Really should replace them. My room had a connecting door, and the neighbor was very noisy, and all the noise came right through the door.

Location and room were fine, about what I expected from Hampton Inn.
The room was fine; the staff seemed to not know what they were doing. For instance, I reserved two rooms but when I checked in, the person said they could not find the second room. Another staff member came along and showed the person what to do. This took much time and the staff acted like I didn't know what I was doing until I showed the person an email sent from this hotel. Really!!!
