Only 1 elevator working most of the time which created long wait times. I would have taken the stairs but I have an injury that doesn’t allow stairs. You couldn’t be in a hurry to get anywhere.

The hotel does not have parking, nor would they valet park my car. I rented a dodge Durango and I was told that this vehicle is a hot item to be stolen. How in the hell would I know that as an out of towner. This was very frustrating and costly. I was forced to pay $60 a day to park 2 blocks from the hotel. For this reason, I will not stay again. And yes, I'm an honors member...SMH in disappointment.

Surprisingly good hotel in the middle of downtown Chicago. Friendly front desk staff, breakfast was a definite draw & reason many stay there!
No flexibility at all for early check-in (even if 1 hour before afternoon check-in time!) Hotel charges $$ if you want to check-in early and even more $$ dependent on if 1 hour or 2 hours early! I’ve never heard of that policy and I am an avid traveler. Most hotels with good customer service will allow guests to get into the room early if it is available.

Great location.
Windows are not so thick. You can hear the road and sirens. AC is too loud. Room is so stuffy. It gets hot quickly and no air ventilation in the bathroom. Room wasn’t clean enough. Housekeeping forgot changing the bins, cleaning the floors, replacing coffee etc.

Wi-fi was good enough to work and attend meetings. We had the possibility to store our bags for free after check-out. Close to everything you might need. Bed was comfy and the room spacious. We were upgrades to a suite for free. Plenty of towels. We had a hairdryer, iron, microwave and other things at our disposal.
Breakfast didn’t have many options but I’ve come to notice that this is something normal in the US.

I liked the comforters on the beds. It was unseasonably cold when we were there and the bed was warm and comfy. I also liked the way the bathroom was set up with extra shelves that pulled out to provide extra space for all of your toiletries.

The hotel is located in the city center, really close to the river walk. The hotel is nice and renovated. I never used the gym, but it looks like good. There is also a swimming pool in the rooftop, really useful to spend time with kids. The staff is nice and friendly.
The breakfast can be improved, the quality of the food is really cheap. Maybe, the best breakfast choice are the waffle that you can make by yourself with the waffle machine.
They have the cleaning service just once every 2 days, but when you reserve the hotel you can't find the information anywhere. So, really bad service for the hotel price.

The breakfast was really good, with a good variety of fruit, yogurt, waffles and hot food. The location was great, easy to get to from the train station, easy to get back to the airport.
The staff were especially helpful. In particular Arlette Yolo was able to help us with all our questions during our stay, and was also really nice and friendly.

Valet 24 /7, had to catch 5 am flight, valet didn't answer , front desk had to call him then he comes over in another car to get keys says it will be 5 minutes more likex15 , my brother having anxiety, only one chair to sit in had to sit on high bed which was uncomfortable, manager asked if there was anything she could do I said comp the room obviously she wasn't going to do that it says on mirror they clean room every other day garbage piles up too small garbage cans, no fresh towels for second day and even though we paid for 2 days only got breakfast once

the team made all the difference in the hosting experience. very kind and always there to help. Some highlights include Noor, who helped me change rooms, the concierge and the girl who organized breakfast! the hotel is super well located, full of restaurants and bars around.
Nothing. the fact that the cutlery and plates at breakfast were made of plastic. Firefighter siren noise in the rooms, but nothing unbearable.
