Nuestra habitación fue degradada. La recepción dijo que mi tarjeta de crédito fue rechazada. Pero dice que cuando reservé la habitación, la pagaremos al llegar. Pero ni siquiera ofrecieron una compensación, necesito volver al día siguiente para hablar con un gerente y me prometió 5,000 puntos de Hilton que no recibí. Habitación espaciosa y bien equipada con enchufes donde los necesitas. Tiene una máquina Keurig, un microondas y una nevera. Disfruté tener una bañera. La conexión a internet es adecuada (alrededor de 12 Mbps). El hotel requiere un llavero para los ascensores y la puerta principal por la noche. El gimnasio es bastante grande y tiene una buena mezcla de equipos. Excelente ubicación con muchos restaurantes cercanos y al lado de la estación Grand (línea roja de CTA).

Excelente ubicación y una hermosa vista de la ciudad. Cama cómoda y baño limpio. La cafetera no estaba limpia por dentro y tenía algunas cosas en el compartimento de agua de una estancia anterior, así que no pude hacer mi café. Eso fue un inconveniente. También es ruidoso, hay constantes ambulancias y policías en las calles. No me molestó, pero es algo a tener en cuenta. Me encantaron las cortinas blackout. No muchos hoteles tienen eso. El estacionamiento cuesta $65 al día.

La ubicación del hotel es muy céntrica. Se puede llegar a las zonas icónicas de la ciudad a pie y hay una estación de metro justo al lado. Hay muchas cafeterías, panaderías y restaurantes agradables alrededor del hotel. También hay un casino muy cerca. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era espaciosa. Generalmente estaba limpia y proporcionó una estancia cómoda. El personal también fue muy hospitalario.

The location of the hotel is very central. You can reach the iconic areas of the city on foot and there is a metro station right next to it.
There are many nice cafes, bakeries and restaurants around the hotel. There is also a casino very close by.
The room we stayed in was spacious. It was generally clean and provided a comfortable stay. The staff was also very hospitable.
The bathtub could be cleaner.

Elevator in the parking lot linked to the lobby didn’t work. Had to take our luggage up and down 8 floors as they were broken all weekend. Stayed on the 22nd floor and the noise made it feel like we were on the first floor with the windows open. Won’t be back as there are many other better options in the city.

Great location and a beautiful city view. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Coffee maker wasn’t clean inside and had some stuff inside water compartment from a previous stay so I couldn’t make my coffee. That’s was a downside. Also it’s noisy, constant ems and police on the streets. Didn’t bother me bit someting to have in mind. Loved blacked out curtains. Not many hotels has those. Parking is $65 a day.
Coffee maker was very dirty and unsanitary.

Spacious and well equipped room with outlets where you want them. It has a Keurig machine, a microwave and a fridge. I enjoyed having a bathtub. The internet is adequate (around 12 Mbps). The hotel requires a FOB for the elevators and the front door at night. The fitness center is fairly large with a good mix of equipment. Great location with many restaurants nearby and next to Grand station (CTA Red line).
Although you do not hear your neighbors, you do hear police/fire sirens at night. So bring your ear plugs if sirens bother you. The fridge froze anything that I had put in it whether it was water or fruit. The Keurig machine was finicky. The swimming pool is on the small side. Bottled water is $3.00 unless you are part of Hilton Honors.

Our room was downgraded. The front desk said my credit card decline. But it says when I book the reservation we will pay it when we arrive. But they did not even offer a compensation, I need to comeback the next day to talk ti a manager and he promise me 5,000 hilton points which i did not recieve. Not even a refund for the downgraded room. Dont come in this hotel.

This hotel was excellent for the price I paid. The room was spacious and clean. It had all the things I needed and a nice view to downtown Chicago, too. I enjoyed my stay and would come again if I ever find myself in Chicago :)

The location was good
Staff not knowledgeable. Was told different things each time I asked a questions. A friend was overcharged a deposit fee. After reading reviews, unfortunately, that seems normal. The manager tried to put the blame on booking.com instead of his staff.
