The reception staff was very friendly, all the the questions we asked were answered. There was complimentary water, which we didn't think we needed but it was necessary as water was very expensive in Chicago. The location was excellent, there were bus stops nearby and the Blue line metro station. Overall, the location was excellent 5 minutes from the Riverwalk and the Trump tower and the Magnificent mile. One of the days when we stayed, it was raining all day and the hotel reception staff kindly offered us umbrellas. They were very kind every time we left and returned to the hotel. It's not a negative or a positive but the room didn't have any windows to open and the ligthning was only from small objects such as nightstand lamps.

Continental breakfast meant CONTINENTAL as for America not for Europe - as in the breakfast options were more sweet than savory. You have a lot of sweet options - cereal, waffles, muffins etc. and the only savory option was a frozen croissant.
