Comfortable and clean hotel in the mountains

Disliked: The rates were a little steep, based on our multiple bookings throughout southern New Mexico.

Recent spring break stay Liked: My daughter loved the indoor pool and ping pong table. I liked the friendly staff and lighting of facility making it easy to find. Disliked: I was a little uncomfortable on the bed, maybe due to the pillows but that can possibly just be me. Fire place was never lit

Nice!!! Liked: Very nice and pleasant setting. Good location. Nice outdoors seating area. Disliked: The pool was much smaller than it appears in the photos, which was disappointing. It also had a very strong chlorine smell.

Good ! Liked: The hotel is clean and cozy. There is a brewery across from the hotel; we had dinner there, and it was very good. I would definitely return ! Disliked: The breakfast is decent, but not very good.

Overall a great place to stay, but be careful selecting the placement of room. Liked: The location was great, and everything seemed very new, fresh, and clean. Great place to stay in a beautiful setting. Liked: The property is fairly new and the staff very friendly. The town was in a beautiful setting and the restaurant the receptionist recommended was very good.

Beautiful facility, loved huge hot tub & outdoor patio Liked: Breakfast was grab & go burritos and sandwiches. They were ok. The Danish was awful. Disliked: The bedding was noisy and sheets were scratchy. Everytime we moved it sounded like newspaper rattling.

A quick 2 night getaway over the Memorial day weekend. Cloudcroft never disappoints. Liked: Breakfast was great, made to order. The location is perfect. Disliked: Check in is at 4. If you arrive a few minutes early, there is a $20.00 early check-in fee.
