My husband and I came to Colorado Springs as a mini honeymoon to celebrate us getting hitched recently! Unbeknownst to us, the resort upgraded our room FREE OF CHARGE to the Presidential Suite which was such an amazing surprise. We had damn near 360 view of the resort and mountains, views from every single room and it snowed one day we were there so the fireplace in the room was literally perfect!
Staff was extremely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, towels did not have a smell to them (which for some reason is now something we have to check bc other hotel towels just don't smell clean at all)
We did not have any complaints during our stay here!
We will for sure be coming back! :)
Not being able to smoke (weed LOL) on the balcony while taking in the breathtaking views! But literally not a big deal at all.

The location is beautiful and lobby was stunning.
The cleanliness was a little poor and the general roughness of the actual area where rooms are located was unexpected as the lobby and entrance were stunning. We requested info about late check out and never recieved a solid anwser nor did anyone follow up.

We were there for a hockey tournament and it snowed like crazy. The pool and hot tub (outdoors were great). The included country club access to use the gym and rent a tennis court was a huge bonus.
It was REALLY icy on the grounds during the storm. They could have done a little better job at that. The breakfast manager was a little rude on Sunday when we told him we didn't know we needed reservations. We still got breakfast, so I'm not sure why the scolding was necessary. Just the wrong vibe at the end of a really nice stay.

The view from the room was spectacular. Great facility and the pools are definitely a plus. The room was very clean and as presented in the pictures.
The staff at the reception desk wasn't super cooperative. Welcoming is not just checkin-in a guest, is to present the venue and the surroundings, giving tips about local restaurants and attractions. It's the hospitality business, not the DMV

The resort is very expansive with lots of different lodges and plenty of parking. Our room was perfect for the two of us with amazing views. Housekeeping came everyday. It felt great coming back to a clean & organized room. The breakfast is buffet style and it was great as well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this resort for anyone. It's definitely worth the money. We went to the spa for a facial/massage and it was amazing & well worth the money.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The room was comfortable, and the view was good. The staff was nice.
The staff was nice but apparently very busy. We had an issue with our heat/air, and they didn't come so we canceled the call to go to bed. Told them to come during the next day. We got back from a day out and there had been no housekeeping, or heat/air fix. When we called, they said they had been busy and try to clean the rooms everyday but didn't get done. We had dinner at Elevations and again, server was nice, but our food got delivered to another table, so we had to wait. It won't take long we were told and yet it did, and only an apology was given. Expected better.
