The beds!!!! I have not had back problems in 10years. Two nights and my back was miserable! Depressions in mattress from people sleeping on them, broken down and old. Need replacing! AC unit leaked and made carpet wet soaking my daughter’s backpack.

We did not eat at buffet because we were scolded by manager. There was no sign or person at the reception desk so we went in and started to sit down. Then the manager came out and said we had to wait before we could be seated and put up a sign stating that. He was loud we left.

They didn’t clean our room during our stay. We asked that they skip Saturday but wanted room cleaned on Sunday. It was not. I had to ask for clean towels and coffee. They didn’t bring us coffee I had to go get it at front desk. Guy at desk was dismissive l.

I had a zoom meeting but the wifi was so bad that I was constantly kicked off of my internet zoom meeting at 7 a.m. and unable to conduct business. If I attempted to stream anything, the connection would freeze every couple of minutes. The room I was given was supposed to have a city view, but it was obstructed on the second floor by a concrete wall and outdoor roof access. This was disappointing because I had hoped to enjoy holiday lighting.

The room and the staff were excellent.

The parking garage!! When leaving the garage, the crossing arm would not rise. We called on the phone number posted at the exit cite. We now are receiving "late charges" in the amount of $94!! This, in spite of my notifying the garage company that we had paid for parking as a part of our check-in procedure at your hotel, and that the garage company should verify that with you, and then CANCEL their late fee!!

The hotel needs an upgrade. The Antlers used to be a grand hotel but the rooms are plain and need remodeling. Our room was clean but the woodwork was dinged and fading. The decor didn’t exist. Our bathroom was clean but the door had obvious water damage and the hinge pins were coming out.

We liked the manager Scott Dow listening to us and taking notes about everything that was wrong with our stay. The mountain view was nice.

This was for room 1207. The carpet needs to be stretched. I tripped on it several times. The bathroom sink and shower were cracked and chipped. The shower head and the toilet seat were loose. The ice machine on our floor didn't work. We went down to floor 11 and it also didn't work. We finally were able to get some ice on floor 9.

Having to Pay for Parking, no one to check bags in or bring bags to your room. Room seemed old and dirty and not "deluxe king" as advertised. No maid service cleaned our room overnight and we were out of wash rags and toilet paper and had to get our own from front desk. They said they got busy with check in's that night and no one could clean room. The hostess for the grill restaurant was gabbing in the bar area and we had to wait to be seated for dinner when NO ONE was in the restaurant but us. She came up and talked to us VERY RUDELY, we almost left. She acted like we disturbed her talking in the bar. The waitress was very nice & friendly and we tipped her big as we were her only customers. Overall, we would not recommend this hotel to others, and we will not be staying her ever again.

Love the classiness of the hotel. Elevators are very nice and quick. Breakfast was delicious. Bar was fun to be at and good prices. Room was accommodating and reasonably priced. Nice shower.

Perfect location in downtown Colorado Springs. The lobby and common areas were still decorated for winter and was beautiful. The front desk staff was attentive, available to answer questions and helpful. We were hosting a large event the following morning and the security team checked in on us all evening as we were setting up to make sure we were ok.

The room was adequate. It was a bit dated and the bathroom is old. The shower curtain in #823 is torn and makes me wonder about the quality of everything else in the room.

Everything. Although we didn't have the mountain view, our room had the view of the city. And the sunrise, soooo beautiful! We really had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. It was quiet. Central location. Historic. We loved it.

It is a great location with wonderful views of the front range.

The parking. Entering the parking area was fine. Getting out was a problem. Every time you had to go to the front desk and enter your car license number to exit. So you would stand and wait if they busy among other things. Also, we found the HVAC didn’t work that well… it was very warm in the room. Had it set to 60 and still was warm unless we opened a window.

The location was in a decent walkable area of downtown. The rustic vibe was fairly decent for the majority of the experience. The bed was fairly comfortable to sleep in.

The check in process was atrocious. I arrived near 1 am to be told I don't have a reservation and that the details were not forwarded to the hotel from booking.com. I was then told I would given a worse room, at a higher price. My card is then charged not once, but twice. After this I ask why this happened when I have already had communication in the 48 hours prior regarding the trip and check in. At this point, an "ah-ha" moment and I am on a different list and my reservation is discovered. A simple $118 charge turns into over $400 in charges and refunding. I am still waiting for the 3rd charge to be removed from pending on my bank statement. I was told to check with my bank and dispute the charge. There is nothing they can do. After speaking to 3 different staff members, I still have not received any follow up from management. One of the most unprofessional hotel experiences that I have had.

We stayed there because it was right next to the venue where we were going to a concert so it was perfect for that.

The clerk said that they were upgrading my room and the picture of the room that I got online was supposed to have a bathtub and then they put me in a teeny tiny small room with a walk-in shower and I was supposed to have a Mountain View for the upgrade and I had a city view. All underneath the edge of the base of the bed was thick dust, and dirt.
