It felt very luxurious. The room was beautiful and I loved the magizine that gave recommendations of places to check out! Everyone was very friendly. And my favorite part of the room was the beautiful bathroom!

The halls looked very cramped and dingy and took away from the ambiance of luxury.

breakfast was pretty good, staff was mostly good. I requested ice from the front desk, for a sore ankle, because the ice machine on the 10th floor was broken. I was told someone would bring some to the room and no one showed up.

The location.

Upon check in the ice maker on my floor didnt work. The toilet didnt flush properly so I changed rooms. It took 30+ minutes for them to get me new keys. Moved to new room on different floor. Again, the ice maker was not working nor the room phone.

Extremely clean & comfortable room! The staff was very friendly, welcoming & helpful! Super impressed that the lobby had amazing smelling candles burning everywhere, in addition to fresh flowers! Would stay here again without a doubt!

The sliding glass bathroom door in the hotel room was a bit strange Very heavy door that didnt actually provide a lot of privacy.

I didnt like that you had to pay extra for parking and that was not stated when booking online. The full size beds were much smaller then usual. The ice machine in the floor we were staying was out of order. The price a night was different when I booked online. Per receptionist said one night was one rate and the second night was another rate and that was not specified on booking.com

Lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance.

No shuttle after sight saying 3 miles shuttle provided. No bottle water in room on either days after cleaning. Room was clearly cleaned in a hurry. Not making sure all soaps where replenished on a daily bases. Dirty towels was left in bathtub, so it clearly shows it wasnt cleaned.

Hotel location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. All staff were friendly, especially the bar staff. The bar did get busy at night, but it was mostly business people and easy to network.

My room the heat did not work and it was 20 degrees outside. My coworkers room never really got hot water, but I did.

The staff cannot do enough for you, so helpful, so polite and extremely attentive. The Chef so amazing and the bar staff extremely attentive.
