I liked the pool and lounge area.

I did not like that the air and the room seemed warm on the setting it was on(69). And there was long dark hair on the floor in the bathroom. Bathroom was not as clean as expected.

I love where the location is. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this location. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds.

My only complaint was the bathroom. The doors were old and would not fully close. The shower was rusted and the shower head was also rusted and seemed overly used. The room I stayed in previously was perfect, the standard I expected was lacking on this visit.

The staff from the morning were very nice and welcoming. The place was under construction when we got there but overall the rooms were great, the pool was amazing, and the lobby was nice.

Only thing I didn't like was that we had booked a room with a bathtub and we received a room with a shower.

The courtyard area with the pool and fire pit was so cozy and nice to hang around with friends. There was some construction/painting in the main lobby, but it didn't interfere with our stay too much. A semi hot breakfast was available with microwave sandwiches and waffle makers.

No smell of residual smoking of any kind, the lobby actually had a really nice fragrance. No dirt or grime of any kind, or even use-wear. The stay was quiet and I was not disturbed by any other guests. Water stayed hot. Everything was great!

The room was overall very clean. However, the staff didn't get to everything. There was a box of Buffalo Wild Wings french fries in the microwave from the last customer - just not a good look. I informed the front desk...didn't ruin the stay or anything, but just not the best look.

I loved the location as far as it being near many restaurants and stores. The pool and outdoor area was gorgeous and set up to be very relaxing.

I was extremely tired and planned to sleep in and not check out until the last minute. I was woken up by a text from the hotel, at 8am, asking me to rate my stay, select a check out time…(checkout was clearly stated to be 11am) and asked me to tip the employees. It was very very loud with many planes flying over. There was a man that came out of his room by the pool both times that we were out there and smoked a cigarette and watched us, even leaving his door open while we were out there. There was a door in my room that connected to the room next door so the room lacked privacy and I didn’t feel very safe.

The building looked like it was falling apart and there were unknown stains on the carpet, room service was non-existent, the request we made prior to check in was not honored and when needing more towels, we had to go to front desk. Roaches were in room on walls, our key cards stopped working twice during our three night stay, and there was minimal to no customer service available and outside of hotel smelled like marijuana. All around disappointing and will not be returning to another La Quinta location in the future.

Room was a good size and clean. Good shower. I only stayed 1 night so didn't check all of the facilities out. Several restaurants nearby in walking distance.

Breakfast had no low sugar/low carbs options. Very basic choices like bagels/bread, pancakes, fruit yoghurt and some plastic packed cheese burgers to microwave. I stayed at this chain of hotels in the past and food options have definitely gone downhill. Also all the plates, cutlery & cups were not recyclable. Hotel is nice but cost cutting in the food area is evident.

Great location for why I was there, just ok breakfast, and price was about right for what I got.

I did the pre-check in...sending picture of ID, give phone number, etc. but still had to go through that whole process again when I arrived. Staff was not as engaging or helpful as other places I stay. The hotel was tired, worn, and dirty. If I was traveling with my wife we would have walked out immediately. Stains on carpet-everywhere, yellowing fire detectors, no towel bars (but patches where they should have been), dirt in every corner, paint splatters everywhere, wires hanging and boxes of supplies and other items laying out in open (fitness center & lobby), tiles missing, threshhold missing, walls paper thin. For being one of the higher rated hotels in that area on Google, I hate to see the others!

The arrangement of the shower was horrible. There was NO way to turn on the water in the shower without getting wet so it was impossible to turn on to get it warm without getting soaked.
