The staff...Kendra, Brenda and Ashley were excellent!!! From getting me into my room early, recommending places to eat, getting ice and delivering to the room and just delightful conversations with all three young ladies made my trip more enjoyable.
No microwave in the rooms and no ice buckets to hold the ice, and more guest parking so when family or friends come to visit you there's free parking.

The facility is updated and very nice. The rooms were comfortable and well furnished. The beds were great and provided a good night's sleep. We chose the hotel due to the close proximity to the medical center.
The hallways and one of our rooms smelled of either vapes or weed. It was very disappointing.

Spacious rooms
Did not like $20/night charge for parking. Also, breakfast was very expensive. Just down the road the Embassy Suites has similar rooms, free parking, and breakfast included - full hot breakfast including made-to-order omelets. Will stay there next time.

The cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the location was very welcoming and serene. There was also a convenience bar for quick snacks and supplies that was useful. We also loved the size of the suite. It was spacious and furniture was well spaced.
The lighting and ventilation in the bathroom was subpar, if not completely absent. The heating and cooling system also seemed in operational, as it is winter and the heat did not turnover.

Clean some of of the staff was great
When cking in they charged me an extra 400 deposit because I had two rooms
I had to pay for parking which should be included the price of the hotel. Also I booked my rooms 6 ppl and then they said only four were included in the breakfast.
The staff when I cked in was rude

you had to pay for the breakfast usually included in free.
They advertised free shuttle to an from airport. The only problem was they didn't specify which airport. If I would have known they don't go to the dfw airport I would never stayed there. There was no ice you had to get it at the bar. You also had to pay for breakfast.

Room was OK and location was near a conference I was attending.
Bedside light did not work. Phone did not work. Hallway phone by elevators did not work. No desk or work station. There was a round table but no chair. It took 1-1/2 days to get a chair even and phone/light fixed after talking to the desk manager. When addressinbg phone issue with desk (in person) the response was, "Oh, they're old." A/C was poorly controlled (+/- 6 deg of set temp). While hotel was willing to comp 1 day of my 4 days, they said they could not do it because I booked through Booking.com.

I liked the aesthetic. Very clean. Suite looked nice. Housekeeping is very astute.
No matter how long you stay it’s 25 per day to park. Having a room doesn’t discount your rate. Any guest over 3 hours is considered “overnight” no matter if it’s midday. No microwaves in the actual suites. One shared microwave behind the counter.

The room was clean and nice.
We tried to have a drink before dinner but after waiting over 20 minutes for the bartender to come out of the back we went back to our room. When we went to the restaurant we had to ask the bartender if he was the one seating us. Finally we were seated after 5 minutes. There was only one other group there. The hambergers we had were under cooked and extremely greasy. After a few hours in our room we started having severe stomach problems. We planned on 2 nights but had to leave the next morning and had to pay for an extra day of parking and room we didn't use. Would stay again but never eat there.

It was a very nice room. The staff was excellent. Pool was nice. The air quality of the room was good.
It said there was a hot tub but it was out of service. Very disappointing since that one of the reasons I picked this hotel. There was no microwave in the room to heat up leftovers. No ice machines in the building.

Comfortable and spacious room. Staff were friendly and downstairs bar and restaurant nice (and food - we had some burgers - really good and welcomed by us jet-lagged travellers). Some nice selection of local beers on tap too.
Disappointing that items for use in the room were throw-away paper and plastic ... there were no glasses (made of glass) or real coffee cups - only disposable items wrapped in yet more plastic. A kettle for boiling water would also be handy.
