They charge $15/day for internet in the bedroom, unless you become a member of their reward program. Wi-fi was unstable on daily basis, hard to use even for basic personal needs.

Comfy bed. Big room. Retro vibe in this refurbished building. Very close to the Majestic Theatre for a show. No Uber required!

Paid a charge for breakfast. Non-existant when we stayed. Booking.com error. Room was adjacent to external a/c units and made for a noisier room. 3rd floor I think. Restaurant staff for our evening meal were overwhelmed. Short on staff and was not that busy. Lack of training, proper staffing or both. They tried but it took about 45 minutes to get pizza from the kitchen, lol. Step out the front door and find another spot to eat.

Westly I think was his name was very helpful. He did not think we bothered him in any way. Was efficient in getting us checked in so we could get to the convention center before the registration closed there at3:00 on the 4th of July. Thanks!

The food was a little pricey. We had dinner there twice. Our server was great.

I did not get to try the breakfast. My husband did and he liked it.

We noticed that housekeeping did not change our sheets for a couple of days. We saw a couple of stains on the sheets and could tell that they had not been changed.
