The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great because there were lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel restaurants had a wonderful breakfast menu.

The sofa wasn't the most comfortable for 2 people. It was a bit small.

The price was a good value for the area.

Rooms not as pictured on web site. Very claustrophobic. Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Bar was lack luster. Will not stay here again.

The room wasn't ready on time, which was during a shift change, so had to remind staff we were still waiting on a room. Once we had the room there weren't any problems. The bathroom was very clean and had good water pressure 4 floors up. The location of the hotel was the reason we picked it, right around the corner from the majestic theater.

It was just a good all around experience. It started with the gentleman who checked us in. Wish I could remember his name. He was awesome! He gave us great info about our event we were attending. Made us feel very comfortable. Speaking of comfort the bed was perfect!! Room was very clean! Shower was nice as well.

Nothing! Keep doing what you're doing! That's all!

When we arrived everyone greeted us so warmly. The valet was extremely helpful. The lobby was beautiful. The staff was so helpful as I was with my mobility impaired father. We could not have asked for a more pleasant stay.

I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like.

The bed was FANTASTIC !!!!

I wish I had known that check out was at 12pm. I thought it was at 11am so I got up early to get out by 11am. I could have slept in that wonderful bed with the full pillows a while longer.
