The location is perfect! The pool on the 3rd floor is cute and makes a great Summer stay.

This felt like a party hotel even though it costs like a luxury hotel. We had to change rooms once: the 1st room smelled like marijuana and the second one's AC was broken (so the room was hot).

Lvi Steakhouse and OverEasy was delicious! The waterproof rooftop pool and bar was a vibe every night with DJ.

Over Easy, one of the Hotels restaurant was very good breakfast option. The other restaurant was not serving food when I visited it, it was pretty late . The apothecary had a vending machine with decent food( sandwiches), that was not chips. The rooftop had a party vibe, mostly young people 21 to 30 somethings.

The location is great, we love to visit waterproof while staying.

The property seems dated and its beginning to show. Shortly after entering our room, the fire alarm went off because the room across from us had a flood. The staff accommodated us with a new room promptly, no issue at this point. Things happen. The problem was with the reassigned room, the thermostat did not work. The temperature continued to rise and after a long night this wasnt noticed until I was awakened from what felt like warm air coming from the vent. (Set to cool). The resolution, an email from the manager and award points.

The staff was amazing! From the moment you park until the time you leave, they are very attentive to your needs. I loved the secure building. You could not go to a floor without a key card which is important for solo travelers like myself. The location was ideal if you want to walk to tourist spots. Loved the choices for restaurants, bars and entertainment on the premises.

Overnight valet parking was a little pricey ($55/ night).

The bourbon bar was exceptional! The food there and at breakfast was great. Nearly every employee was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience.

We were a little put off by our service at breakfast and did not like the feeling of having to purchase a bottle of water that was in the room, because we were not "members"?

I loved the location and the amenities located on site! The room was spacious and very inviting! Only thing caught me by surprise was it did not come with a mini fridge or a microwave

The Statler is a cool concept with it being an older revitalized hotel in the heart of downtown Dallas. Check in & out was smooth and the hotel has a lot of amentias (pool, rooftop bar, speakeasy, breakfast, etc.). The rooms were comfortable and a good size, especially the bathroom & overall we had a good stay.

Unfortunately the charm of an older hotel also has its drawbacks, even though the hotel and rooms are redone parts of them still felt a little beat up, especially the lighting and electronics which didn't always work as intended. Also, during our two night stay no one came by to make up the room which was a disappointing.

The room was a little confining and may need a few updates, but the bathroom was very spacious and the tub was a plus.

Location is great

Staff was not helpful. Not thing but decaf coffee in room. They hadn’t received order for real coffee. Tried to order pot of coffee to get actual coffee. Not available to do. Had to order two individual cups and were charged a fortune for TWO cups of coffee and an order of toast - which was literally ONE piece of bread cut in half and it wasn’t even warm enough to melt the butter! Beds were hard and pillows flat as pancakes. Hotel engineer tried to enter our room while we were in it and had do not disturb sign on door.

Valet! My truck was damaged in valet and when the hotel was contacted they said they would contact me. At the time of this review no contact has been made.

At the rooftop bar, they charge you $150 for the same bottle of Chandon they charge you $50 at the restaurant downstairs. It’s not only poor class, it’s insulting.
