I absolutely love the property, the Victorian build , loved how they have preserved the property . It was absolutely gorgeous! Doc was so amazing and sweet! He shared stories with us about the property and its history, he made us breakfast in the morning and just had some great conversation. We did t get to meet Judith, she was out of town but we will definitely be back and I hope we will get to meet her too ! Doc was just genuinely a delight and made our stay so comfortable . It was my first experience with a bnb and I was so impressed ! We will be back !

Honestly, its not that I didnt like anything there are no tvs in the room, which isnt a huge deal but I think itd be a nice upgrade, I also think a mini fridge would be great too ! The host was so sweet in offering to put some wine we brought in the kitchen, but when we came back from dinner, it was a bit late and he was already in bed and we didnt know if we could go in the kitchen so we just threw out left overs out . Again not a big deal at all ! Didnt change our opinion about our stay at all ! It was absolutely lovely !

Nothing! There were a few things that were out of their control like roadwork and noise from neighboring businesses. If youre sensitive to noise, the hosts provide earplugs.

We felt very privileged to be able to stay in such a characterful and historic house. We had a large and comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom and a balcony and it was a delight. The owners were extremely hospitable and friendly, and it was far more like visiting friends or family than staying in an impersonal hotel. I feel we learn so much more about Denver staying here, and the breakfast was fantastic. We found it very easy to get in and out of the centre by bus, and were much happier staying in this pleasant residential area.

Nothing. If you didnt like dogs you might be surprised to find them, but they were well-behaved and out of the way.

Beautiful old house thats well cared for and in a good location. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Judith stayed up late to welcome us when our plane was late.

There was road construction going on when we were there (November 2023) and sometimes it was noisy. Not the fault of the hosts, obviously, and hopefully it will be done soon.

Mainly the family and their dogs providing great conversations and breakfast. I felt always welcome and had nice talks over scrambled eggs and baked baguette. It was always easy to meet new people there.

The house is rather old, so don't expect high end electronic comforts (internet connection was great though and room temperature was always comfortable). Also best to travel with ear plugs as the train can be heard in the night.

Lovely people who made and shared breakfast with me, changing it to accommodate my needs. Funky and beautiful old house. Beautiful and friendly dogs. Interesting and active, safe neighborhood.

I wish I'd known that the bed I booked had a memory foam topper on it: my body doesn't do well with that material. The room is also not their quietest, but it was the price point that made sense for me. Their tub needs a new stopper that works (it leaks the water out), and the shower-to-bath mechanism doesn't work; I had to fill the bath with the shower head. I had trouble getting a hold of the hosts before I arrived; they never returned my phone calls.

Lovely hosts that provided great conversation and suggestions around to eat. Dogs were cute! Breakfast was good. Judith makes great eggs, and lots of fruits, granola and yogurt type stuff is provided. Bed was plenty comfortable. Had a nice bathroom attached to our room and the shower had good hot water. House is old and has a lot of character as well as having Judith's talented photography lining the walls. We were lucky and got upgraded to the front room with a balcony facing the street. We would come back for sure!

Everything was great for the most part. I will say, while they are able to provide a space in the private driveway for some guests, it is one lane and there may be a need to shuffle cars around based on the order of who pulled in first. They ask that you leave your car keys at the door so they can move your car without bothering you if needed and this was not a problem for us, but might be something someone else would be hesitant to do. In an area like this downtown you are lucky to have parking at all!

What a good way to start a journey. We were welcomed warm-heartedly by Judith and her two golden doodles Wilson and Lucy. Our room had everyhing we needed, plus the bed was super comfortable and soft. The breakfast was also a highlight, not only super tasty but also super nice to sit and chat with Judith and other travellers. The neighbourhood offers a lot of restaurants and bars and little shops + Downtown Denver is in Walking distance. Recommended.

Loved Judith and Doc’s welcoming spirit. The house is really cool! Judith was able to accommodate an earlier check-in which helped us immensely with our evening’s plans. The bed was huge and super comfy. And Lucy and Wilson (doggies) are super sweet.

Two small things: Our fan was really super noisy on the highest speed, so we weren’t able to use it. If possible, a light-blocking film on the window above the door would help - I eventually turned off the hallway light to sleep better.

Kind and personable hosts, cute doggos, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good AC, and delicious breakfast. Truly a traditional/proper B&B in a historic home. We were attending an event elsewhere, but the location is hard to beat if you want to experience local eateries and nightlife.

Available off-street parking is a single driveway for multiple cars. The hosts essentially provide vallet service in that limited space. If you are coming back late from somewhere, *triple* confirm you'll need a space open and/or late-night assistance to help avoid issues. The B&B is next to a functional commercial alleyway, which has obvious drawbacks at night.

We had a great stay at Off Broadway B & B and can highly recommend it! The hosts (and their 2 dogs) are very welcoming and made our stay very easy. It is an old house from 1892 in a rather subcultural neighborhood (that really transforms from day to night), which overall adds to its charme. All rooms are spacious and have everything you will need (and great photography!), the beds are especially spacious and will provide you with a good night sleep! The breakfast is a true B&B gem - with home-made grenola, freshly made eggs, good coffee and very tasty baked goods. You will have your breakfast with the other guests and Judith and we liked this communal spirit! We dared to come without a car to an American city, but the B&B is in walking distance to downtown Denver (30-40min walk) or you can take a bus in this direction, which you can reach just around the corner. This bus also takes you to Union Station and from there you can easily reach the airport.

I liked the style and feeling of Judith’s and Doc’s home - and I say home because it isn’t a minimalist 21st place to ‘put your head down overnight’. Well - I did, but I feel as though they have shared a ‘little piece’ of them. And I Thank You. The nearest light rail station is ALAMEDA.

Breakfast was healthy and tasty. Our hosts Judith and Doc were extremely friendly accommodating- they worked with my flight schedule so that I could check in late and had some really enjoyable breakfast conversations. The house is beautiful, a historic brick charmer in the South Broadway area just off the main drag, right close to good food and drink and coffee. The bed was very comfortable and our room was clean and well stocked. The price to value ratio was exceptional, I was hard pressed to find comfortable, clean lodging at this price point with a nutritious breakfast and a convenient location in Denver. Judith's photography is also a delight to look at and decorate the house.

Outlets in the room were not always conveniently located but in a 130+ year old house it makes sense. Late check in instructions were slightly unclear but were resolved.
