Liked: Location Disliked: Rooms and facilities are unkept and dated. Carpet and bathrooms were dirty.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the resort restaurants and lifts were a major plus.

Liked: Gorgeous location! Close to Mt rainier Disliked: There were a lot of little black bugs everywhere….. they were on the beds and lights and walls

Decent Liked: Breakfast was good. The staff was kind. The balcony was nice. The view was spectacular. Disliked: No staff is in the office from 10 pm until 8 am. There are too many stairs to navigate. Parking space is insufficient.

Our unit was comparable to the cost and we knew going in that it was not a 4 star hotel! Liked: Location & Gondola was tops! Scenery is out of this world.
