Had an early flight, check in was at 3 and we got to the hotel at 10 30. AM. We signed up at the counter for early check-in for 15 dollars, we where in our room by noon ? and great breakfast.

My only negative regarding my stay was the room location. Room 102 is right next to cleaning staffs office. There was no peace and quiet in that hallway area.

The location was fine. The room was just a normal room, not bad.
The lobby is very small and I paid for breakfast to be included. The front desk told me it would be open till 9:30, then we went down at 9am and nothing was there. We were not the only people wondering why breakfast was no longer being served either. Seems like they tell people until 9:30 but then its only served till 9am. So really annoyed that we had to go pay extra for breakfast for our family somewhere else before flying out. Room was also weird smelling. Only 3 towels in the room when it was for 4 people.

The price is ridiculous for this level of hotel but all the FLL hotels are ridiculously overpriced because they know the cruisers are in town.

Location was decent.
We specifically booked this hotel due to it having a shuttle and us traveling with two young kids. We called the shuttle to pick us up and was told due to traffic it would be an hour before they arrived. We then started noticing that other hotels were on their 4 or 5th pickup and our stop was not there. After two hours with two cranky young kids, we opted to order an uber which stone within 10 minutes. When we arrived at the hotel, there sat the shuttle which hadn’t even moved. I expressed my disappointment at check in and was told “oh it’s been busy, how would you like to pay”. No apology, nothing.

It is close to the airport and cruise terminal. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable. You can easily arrange for a transfer to the cruise terminal through a third party agency, even if you arrive late at night.
Not much disappointed us. We were only there for a short time. Although if I wanted to use the pool, I would have been disappointed as it had a lot of leaves in it and really needed a good clean.

We needed a room for a night before our cruise. BW Fort Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port was a great option. It was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Certain parts could do with a bit of updating, but overall, the BW was fine. I would stay there again if I needed a room for a night before a cruise.

The bathroom shower is pretty, but the floor doesn't slope enough to contain the water. So I had to put towels on the floor.

The property was clean and close to the airport. It had everything needed for a quick trip to the airport
The shuttle service had to be requested. We had a 0600 shuttle pick up and the front desk receptionist didn’t call and make the appointment even after I made sure and requested it twice. He was not the person to man the front desk. In the morning we were waiting and I ask the morning receptionist if it was coming and he said it wasn’t requested. Luckily he called and the shuttle made its way back to pick us up.

Then it had a shuttle taken me from the airport to the hotel
Let the shuttle didn’t start early enough when I had to leave the hotel to go back to the airport. Did not allow me enough time to get through.
