The deodorizer was a bit strong for us, but the room was super clean!

The environment of the hotel is very good, it looks new and clean. near the beach.

Breakfast is not provided, but information on surrounding restaurants will be provided. This is a pet-friendly hotel. There is always a smell of pets in the room. If you don't mind, this hotel is your choice.

Location was nice and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The room had a musty smell. I informed house keeping and she provided me an air freshener. I asked her what it could be and she informed it must be the A/C or the carpet. I tried my best to keep the door open at times but the smell just wouldn’t go away. I was in room 502. This really made my trip dissatisfying. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Please do something regarding the smell of the rooms for your guest to have a pleasant experience.

Close to airport and port

Room wasn’t ready. No discount or breakfast offered to make up for it. While we waited in the parking lot for our room people in a parked car smoked marijuana. This smoked us out of the gazebo. There were so many waiting for a room, the Karens in the lobby took up all the scant furniture. The accessible room had no threshold to keep water in the shower area. The shower wand did not reach the installed shower chair. The large bathroom flooded because of the shoddy shower curtain and poorly graded floor. This was a safety hazard for both my husband and me. The towels were scratchy and there was a lack of bedside charging resources. I was disgusted I was charged what we were charged.

Not far from airport. Room had a small kitchen. Keifer at the front desk was very helpful.

No pool. No breakfast. However we were able to go to the hotel next door for breakfast. Another guest said we could also use the other hotel’s pool but we never tried.

The property was very clean, looked great. There is a small, but almost fully equipped gym, and a laundry room, with newer washers and dryers. There are ample food and toiletry items that can be billed to your room. The kitchen in the room was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a spacious vanity, which is a must! Very close to restaurants, and basic shopping area.

No pool, a bit far from the beach, and I wasn’t aware that I was going to be charged a $100 incidental deposit that won’t be credited back for 5 business days! Most hotels that charge these deposits credit them back to your card within an hour of check-out, and after inspection. This deposit WAS NOT MENTIONED or STATED on this site, nor the property’s web site! Also, someone from the cleaning staff tried to barge in on me, without knocking! Thank goodness I had the door completely locked!

Details of travel/transfer from airport were not clear. Every from airport/cruise transport was extra and not clearly expained on website. Cost of water for room and anything else was not explained ahead of booking. Felt like being nickled and dimed for everything.

All additions costs could be spelled out on website, plus transfer costs, options should be told, highlighted ahead of time. Priority of cruise terminal transfer should be highlighted. Our transfer was one hour late!

THE PICK UP AT AIRPORT TOOK OVER 1 HOUR AFTER ONE TEXT AND THREE PHONE CALLS. THE NIGHT DESKMAN WAS RUDE. THERE WERE 16 OF US STAYING THERE AND WERE TOLD ON PHONE WHEN WE GET THERE TO REQUEST ROOMS CLOSE TO EACH OTHER AND WAS DENIED. ROOMS SCATTERED ON DIFFERENT FLOORS FAR AWAY. OUR ROOM SMELLED LIVE BO AND MY COUSIN S SMELLED LIKE DIRTY FEET. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. POTS AND PANS WERE DIRTY.

Not the Karyl, the front desk manager. Not helpful and very rigid.

Karyl, the front desk manager says she canceled my reservation moments before I walked in and proceeded to charge me the walk in rate. I also reserved a room with two beds and she told me it wasn’t available. So now I’ve paid twice as much for a room that doesn’t work for me. One star, would not recommend to a friend…
