1. Fast check in and out. 2. Clean room with a comfortable bed. 3. Nice bathroom

The wall behind the bed in the room had holes in it. Also the refrigerator did not work, but after speaking to the front desk it was replaced. I was shocked that I also had to pay for parking .

Bugs and roaches in the room. The mattress were molded and had stains and the sofa bed was nasty and broken.

The fact that everything Booking.com advertised that I needed and I paid for - These services were not offered.

No breakfast included

Being called about a fire and smoke in my room at 11:38pm and not being able to go back to sleep. Being a little apprehensive the next Night. Having paid for 2 days of ViFy and not able to come on the next day Had some meeting to attend on line. Never paid for that before. Loosing my eyeglasses under the bed pulling out the bed stand and seeing the dust which was like it had never been dusted. Also dust along the panels in the room # 535.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are large and very clean.

On two separate occasions, we did not get the room that we reserved. On April 23, they assigned us a room and when we entered the room we immediately noticed that bed was not done, and it looked like there was still someone there. This could have created a very unsafe situation if someone had been in the room and that someone thought that we were breaking in. We were assigned a different room, but not the same type that we had reserved.

I was very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and that they allowed us to not only check in early after our cruise but check out late as our flight wasn't until 5pm. They went above and beyond in my opinion.

Room was nice, facilities were good with a pool and small gym (although we didn't use either). We also didn't use the cafe/bar. Easy to get around Fort Lauderdale from the location. I think it's probably better suited to business than families.

We found a bag in one of the beds, we were told they would refund parking as a result, but as yet no refund. I have also found two other payments taken from my credit card since I left. I have no idea what these are for and was never informed of any payments coming off (one is not a small amount). I've contacted booking.com and haven't had a reply from them yet either. Parking is expensive also and should be free if you're staying at the hotel.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable, best thing was that it's not that far from the Chase staduim especially if you're there to watch a football(soccer) game for Inter Miami.

Clean rooms and the building was very nice. A little farther away from the highway than I would have preferred but overall the place was clean and very nice.

The server at the restaurant was a bit rude. She sighed when I placed a second order.

It was a big and spacious room and very clean

The patio door was old and only kept closed due to a metal bar, the air con unit was also so ridiculously loud which didn’t allow for a restful nights sleep.

Breakfast was OK. I do not recall any mention of a $15 Parking fee when staying overnight. I did not think there would be a parking fee anywhere west of US1 if you were an overnight guest.

Comfy bed, clean, and the price

I was charged .25 cents for something I didn't do or use. Yes it's only .25 cents, but it's the principle. I even went back a week later while in the area. The gentleman said it was an error from their end, he apologized and said it would be refunded. I never did get the .25 cents refunded, so I just paid it.
