Before you take on a place and do booking for them you must first visit. In all my life, this has been the dirtiest and nastiest place I've ever stayed. The staff were crude and downright rude and disrespectful. I had no hot water for three days and the amenities that were supposed to be in the room was not present. When asked for them was told that there was none. The smell of that place was enough to tranquilize an elephant. I wished I had not paid my bill in full.
I liked nothing about this place

Very clean and the AC worked well. Inexpensive and pretty good value. Comfy beds.
We didnt have water for the majority of the first day. The wall outlets were non-functioning and/or hanging out of the wall. Our room was supposed to be 2 queens and instead it was a full and a queen.

Nothing was there to like,I went there a few times and everytime I go there it's getting worst.I always say am not going back there, but honestly this will be my final visit.I can do better.Honestly the only thing that was good I rate it a 10 is the restaurant the food was excellent
The place stinks, smells so funky, stink of smoke it's awful.Talk about dirty, it's unkept curtains dirty,no microwave,no ice bucket, telephone dirty and not working. The whole place needs power wash and sanitize, the carpet in the hallways so dirty and smells horible.I was staying on the 1st floor and there were all kind of people in and out and the noise of screaming children all hours of the night, the person nextdoor has their radio all turn up I couldn't sleep. All kind of ghetto men hanging around the building smoking . Clean this place up enforce stricks non smoking rules and stop the loitering.

The lobby only
The upstairs hallways floors smell, I switched 3 times to different rooms. The pool fountain was green filled dirty water. I when to sit on lounge chair without realizing it was broken. I sat down and the back collapse and I went flat backwards, hurt my back. I went to sit in 3 different chairs they were broken also. In the tiki bar was closed but had 3 men sitting at bar rolling there weed and smoking it while the children ran around them. No security around to correct the situation. I went to my room 409 and packed my bag and checked out to go.pay for another hotel. It was my birthday and I was crying because I waisted all this money on cake and food to have my birthday with friends that came to visit. They all were coming to check in but I told them why I was checking out and left with me to the other hotel instead

The Location was good..
The facilities was discussing... from the front door to the room, the room was filthy the room door was coming apart... had too slam several times to get it too lock. On the last night there a pool party took place in which we wasn't informed of, the front desk couldn't tell us how long before it would be shut down, we heard the DJ. State 3am.. in which we had ti che k out by 11am.. no towels floors was dirty... as we checked out on Tuesday morning informed the desk representative of our extreme displeasure the only thing we was told was, she could only give us a 20% discount in which we should be given our stay for fee at lease 50% off.. I really blame Booking.com for even advertising this place... I have never experienced anything like this before in my life, I felt like I was in the twilight zone!!!! So if you can do anything regarding this matter it would be greatly appreciated.
