Arcadia Hotel

A wonderful stay! Liked: The room was clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The staff was polite. It was a great place for our stopover to the Badlands. Disliked: The exterior of the hotel could use some work.

On older motel no pool at breakfast but beautifuly refurbished.we loved our stay and will return Liked: Very clean and made you feel like home. Loved the decorations Disliked: Nothing

Best value for the dollar- by far! Liked: Friendly staff, clean, well stocked rooms. Everything you could ask for after a long day on the road. It’s obvious the owners care and take pride in the Arcadia Hotel. Would definitely recommend! Disliked: Nothing. We were very happy with our stay.

Great stay.

Liked: The room was very clean and well kept. Loved all the pillows on the very comfortable bed.

Liked: Location was good. Owners were nice. Lighting was good. Not sure why there was no electricity in am, but was told it was beyond owners control. Disliked: Room smelled like smoke. Air conditioner was very noisy. Bed not very comfortable.

Lovely staff, clean but cramped Liked: The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Disliked: The very small room was crammed with large unnecessary furniture. We could not pass each other when getting ready for the night and in the morning. Only pillow choice were heavy memory foam.

Our stay was excellent. Liked: It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was always helpful and doing small things that really make a difference in the way the motel looks. Neat as a pin. Disliked: Nothing!

This is an oasis among independent motels. Liked: Walls were thick. Room entry door like the front door of a nice home. Disliked: Glassware not covered.

Overall a great place and I would stay again if prices aren't so much higher than other hotels Liked: I loved how the gentleman knew who I was when I checked out. Very friendly staff. Liked: Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Allowed us to check in 3 hours early! Disliked: My only issue was their water system. May be running off of a well or something. When using the water you could hear a pump. Was very loud during the night as you could hear others using water and the

Gering Gem Liked: Very friendly and responsive owners. Obvious pride in ownership and comfort of guests. Appear to be remodeling as they can. Very comfortable bed and pillows, slept well and is not in a noisy location. Furnishings are dated but in good condition.

Surprisingly comfortable Liked: Very comfortable room, with couch to sit on as well as comfortable mattress and pillows. Disliked: A bit sketchy looking outside, altho fine I side. No closet or hooks to hang jackets.
