I'd like to thank Casa Pellegrino Boutique HOTEL for a wonderful stay earlier in March!. The HOTEL is an amazing place, where our vacation turned out to be just magic! It's cute, and super comfortable, and immensely clean. It's family-run for years and boasts superb traditions of comforting visitors. THE HOTEL has the Italian vibes and ambience charm! Mr. Alex, the Owner, is highly hospitable and attentive to all the demands of its customers. HOTEL is located just minutes from the waterfront, the spacious beach with the snack-bars and restaurants. But at the same time, it's quiet here, and placid. I'd highly recommend Casa Pellegrino Boutique HOTEL, and hope to come back here again very soon!

This was one of the coolest hotels Ive found. The father and son that run it went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They shared their culture with us and made us feel like we were family. We will definitely be returning....again and again

I liked being on the north part of town

nice little patio to sit in
no longer a guy and his son greeting you and making you feel at home like some of the reviews. now part of the big chain of HBH and so you have to go find the office which is crazy busy and in another complex. they will charge you for early checkin. and I didnt even attempt to borrow bikes etc as can be a crazy scene in there. breakfast not appetizing..just grabbed a banana

The old owners AREN'T THERE ANYMORE A CONGLOMERATE BOUGHT TONS OF PROPERTYS.Very very very disappointed if you stayed there under old owners you should not revisit. It's a train wreck, to see tons people walking around the property, not quant or private like the good Ole days, party central pot smoking smells will wake you up at night. WHAT A SHAME .Sorry to say we will never ever return to that property or any other that is managed through HBH Hollywood Beach hotels.Find a private hotel or large Chain.

It is close to the beach. It is close to a nice restaurant, GG's. You must go to GG's!
No direction to the main reception but I figured it out. Wait time to check in was long. The room I was told was cleaned but I wiped it with a wet towel and it picked out all the dirt. The neighbors were noisy, screamed, talked loud until 4 am every night. I was disappointed to see the review and the reality difference.

So much potential, not managed nearly as well as it once was. Nice location and patio area.
Was very inefficient check in...given the incorrect room twice. Room wasn't clean until after 5pm. Not maintained as it once was. Could be cleaned better outside and inside. Check in is now down the block. Pay attention to the small sign on outer wall of the building for instructions.

We've stayed at CP twice, but didn't realize it was under new ownership this time. This stay was so very disappointing. We can only say the location is good.
Over priced. Room floor was dirty, it was either freezing or cold, no complete towel sets. Phone number for Casa Pelligrino was WRONG on building sign and on email correspondence.

Nothing a typical bate and switch. They have you book this beautiful place then stick you with a roach infested,wall paper peeling off the wall, ashtray full of cigarettes not clean room. With a guy working on a broken down truck in the attached carport.
The staff refused to give me my reservation said the hotel was over booked so I couldn't have it. I pd for it but no refunds. Paid for parking too. Parked finally at 10pm. Parked were they told me got up the next day with a $40 ticket for parkingwrongplac

Location was 2 blocks from the beach, a few more blocks to other things like food, shopping, etc.
They do not provide coffee in your room, and if you ask for it they tell you to go to Walmart and buy it yourself. They do have a store in the office (if you can find the office via the signs on the buildings) where they don't sell k cups for the keurigs that are in your room. The rooms are really, really small. They have a huge list by the bed that explains the cost of anything you will steal that will be charged to your credit card...it's ridiculous, but apparently necessary in this neighborhood. If you value your vacation and time stay somewhere that is not a Hollywood Beach Hotel. The staff is extremely rude and when you ask for anything they act like they don't understand you. We actually paid to stay at a different hotel and left, even though they won't refund any of our money, that's how bad it was. There are a ton of AWESOME hotels in the area where you are treated well.

Absolutely nothing.
It is marketed as a Boutique Hotel and it is nothing of the sort. We paid $344 and I frankly would have felt $50.00 would have been too much. The place was a dump, it was loud, it was dirty, and breakfast was terrible. While there was a kitchenette, there was a sign that housekeeping does not do dishes, yet there was no dish soap. There is also a sign listing the price you will be charged for every dish, towel and piece of furniture you intend to steal. Don't bother looking for a kleenex, that is not included in your stay. I was hoping to have a cup of coffee from the Keurig, but pods are not included and they do not sell them at the lobby. I guess the coffee maker is just a prop and they're hoping you'll steal it since they can't afford pods on the $344 we paid.

The facility was descent, and the courtyard was pretty. One trash can had not been emptied, there was a hair in the bed linens, and one toilet was making strange noises.
check-in process was slow and terrible. resort and breakfast fees were ridiculous. the hair in the bed was unacceptable - wasnt sure if if even might have been a pubic hair - yuk!

There was no breakfast included but we didn't need that. The location is great. It is very close to the beach.
I wasn't aware that the check in location was not at the exact property. We had a disabled person in our party so it made things a bit bumpier at the beginning but we figured it out. There was signage but not super obvious. I don't see my deposit refunded yet and it has been five days so now I have to go and follow up. Hopefully I will not have any problems.

The property is very cute, but we didnt end up staying at the Casa Pellegrino, after all. At check in, they asked if we minded upgrading to their ocean front hotel (Casa is just one block off beach) and we said as long as its a clean room, we dont mind. They gave us a 2nd floor room, at the front of their Neptune hotel, which was right on the Broadwalk! We had GORGEOUS big window views of the beach and ocean, from every window!! We were delighted! The room is nicely upgraded/remodeled and was beautiful. We were just staying one night to catch our early a.m. plane home, after our cruise, but Id LOVE to stay in that room for a whole week!

sheets were hot not cotton! I wanted to stay two nights and had to make 2 reservations. Charged me $35 for early checkin because I did not leave and return but stayed in room second day AND had to go back to office, wait in line to check in again for second night.

The communication between Priceline.com, booking.com and the hotel were not in sync. I had to wait an hour and being on the phone between booking.com and trying to check in because the payment was not being recognized by the hotel. the hotel charged me an extra $45 between parking and resort fees.

Breakfast was very good as far as hotel breakfasts go. Location was amazing. A little confusion at check in, but that was on priceline and our ability to communicate.
I think it should have been better spelled out about the fact that 1 company is managing all the small boutiques around it. Once I figured that out it was easier to understand what was going on with check in. Staff was excellent but overwhelmed. Hats off to them.

Has gone downhill since it was taken over by hollywood travel hoteles. Was at same place 3yrs prior, when privately owned. It was great! Now won't stay there ever or any of the HTH places. . They are run terrible.
From checking in being a fiasco, to loudness in courtyard. To no cups, or anything in kitchen area, to old towels, to no working tv to everything!' Awful experience.

One of the staff from reception was very rude. She didnt try to help, instead she was giving me a hard time. The room smelled. The cigarette smell was very unpleasant. Nothing it was extremely dirty. Was not what was stated on description or star rating. I ended up leaving the night. I checked in 30 minutes after getting into the room.
It was not clean. There was bugs all over the floor, and there was a snail, the toilet. Its did not meet the star rating shown on your website I will be requesting a refund.
