Since our room wasn't ready at check-in, they moved us to Silver Springs. Clean room that was recently remodeled. Bathroom was decent with so so water pressure. It's located a block from the beach. Staff was helpful since check in is at another location. The coffee was fresh at the free breakfast.
The free breakfast is a joke. It had very limited options of bananas, toast and cereal. The resort fee of $52 is a set price, which drives up the cost for a few day stay. Paying for parking with designated parking spots $18 per day.

I paid $100 for the incidental fee which they are supposed to release back to my account after I check out It has been over a month and I have not got tan back that money to this day . I called several times and they did not even make an effort to assist me The management is very poor and is to be blamed , they didnt care They kept on telling me they cannot help me and theres nothing they can do about it which ruined my entire experience there . No care for customers at all

I loved the location. I loved where breakfast was in this beautiful courtyard. The room was super adorable. Was conveniently located close to the beach and pretty much everywhere else you needed to go in the area, definitely would come back.
They also stored my luggage after I checked out. What I really liked was I felt like I was staying at a family’s house. The front desk staff are very nice.
More protein for breakfast. The room smelled very smoky. The stairs and the balcony out front of the rooms could probably use with a good pressure washing.

The only positive is that is is next to the beach. If you stay here I suggest you get up early for breakfast, spend the whole day at the beach and only go to the room to sleep.
Not exactly welcoming in front desk. Bad service (did not inform about "kitchen box", unclean room, walls and ceiling in need of repair. One hanger and no closet. Desk would not give me a receipt to prove I returned the keys to get my deposit. Breakfast was okay, but not well organized. Parking not included in fee.

Outdated room, parking available for $20 fee additional charge. The HBH is managing over 10 properties in the vicinity. You might book online a particular property, but at reception you will get a key for a different room, nothing like your online choice.

The proximity to the beach.
Extra charges not disclosed when booking charged upon arriving. The room was very poor quality and old. Several stains from leaks in the ceiling, scuffed doors and walls, not good air circulation and felt muggy, moldy in the bathroom. Not worth the price.

The location is right on the beach/boardwalk
I cannot even rate the Flamingo because when we arrived they reported having no rooms at The Flamingo and put us in another of their properties (Paradise). Hollywood Beach Hotels owns a bunch of hotels here, and it feels kind of scammy. The room in the Paradise was very bare and depressing; there were only overhead lights. There was no couch or chair other than two small stools. The bathroom smelled of mildew. The curtain rod fell when I tried to move the curtain. The bath faucet handle fell off as did a kitchen cabinet handle. The little cooktop was cracked and taped over. They make you pay $18 a day for a parking permit, but during the busy beach hours, you can't find parking because beach goers ignore the signs.

My stay wasn’t at the Flamingo, it was the Silver Spray, which is a block down. Overall a minor inconvenience, and the room was acceptable

There were roaches in my room. I had to be transferred to another room. Room ceilings have peeling paint, and so do the bathrooms. They have cold breakfast (bagels, cerals, pies, slice bread, cream cheese, butter, slice cheese, juices, banana, and oranges.The only thing that was hot was the coffee and tea. You have to pay an extra $20/day for a parking permit and $100 deposit that's NOT mentioned on the site. Not worth the price I paid for 3 days.

The location is great, really near the beach, the hotel and all the others around are own by the same company so when you checkin there is a chance you end up in any of them, but they all look good for the price.
it has private pool, room has kitchen, fridge and a kitchen sink.
breakfast option is good but only for 1 hour, and they are very strict with that time, so be there on the time they tell you, also place is really old, parking is extra, around $19 per day

All staff at reception was great! At all times of the day we made a mistake twice leaving our keys in the room and each person made me feel protected and helped up get back in the room. Great service!! Sheets smelled great!!
The bed in the room had wooden parts that were loose and that could be a hazard. if they fall on someone foot. Also, the floor was not well swept. Finally, the pots and pans should be in the room. Honestly mostly clean.

I wish check in and out was earlier/ later. I understand they have to clean the room. I just would have loved to late checkout. At least they should extend the parking pass past the time so that way you can stay parked in your parking spot and walk to the beach. Cuz that was my favorite part of staying. There was being so close to the ocean but to be legal I had to move my car and pay for parking. So I guess to solve my problem. Just extend the parking pass.
