Love that it was literally 5 min walk to the beach/ boardwalk close to stores/shops.
The hotel room we stayed in could have a Long wall mirror it didn't have any just the bathroom mirror. Also, the lamps were old and broken they did turn on but they need to be replaced lamp cover Other than that the room was good clean and had everything. The Ac worked great so no issues there very secure felt safe too. The hotel did provide beach chairs and towels which was a plus. The room was small felt Like staying in a furnished room.

I like the fact that it was close to the beach.
The resort had roaches. Huge roaches and small ones. The water in the bathroom took at least 30 minutes to get hot. It was aggravating. There was one air conditioner in the bedroom and that made a loud nose all night long. We didn't sleep well. There was no air in the living room so my family was extremely hot in there. I would like a manager to refund me at least half of my money.

The location was great. Right by the main strip of the Hollywood Broadwalk and lots of restaurants.
The hotel overall, but especially the room, was extremely worn out. The bed frame was falling apart, nightstands were extremely worn, partially broken lamps, rusted hanging rod in closet, just to get started. Their pics must be very old.

it wasn't very clean. the three bars of soap in the bathroom had mold on them.
We were two of us and the towels were only for one person, then the following day they didn't even put the one for the hands.
Very thin walls and we could hear everything, even the air conditioning in the other rooms. there are no blackout curtains and the light outside stays on all night, making impossible to sleep.
Be careful because they try to scam you, two weeks before arrival they asked me to pay for the room otherwise they threatened to cancel the reservation, but I already paid through booking, so I had to search my credit card proof of payment and contact booking. It was then resolved because booking confirmed that my payment had been received, but this only created hassle and wasted unnecessary time.
