The only plus is location.
Staff was extremely rude. They don’t understand that people pay to stay there and expect good customer service. Rooms are dirty, we had roaches in ours .
I wouldn’t recommend to stay there !

breakfast was horrible, for the amount of money they charge, for parking fee, amenities fee, resort fee, city, all kinds of fee plus deposit, the breakfast at least needs to be better, they serve boiled egg, with bread. Is not that I’m been ungrateful, is that they do charge for everything but their service, the breakfast doesn’t equal what you paid. without mentioning that ac in the unit was not working, no air fan in the restroom, no light in the kitchen, the bathroom sink was clog, and there was hole in the ceiling.

Being able to grill is a plus. Location is great. Some scary homeless people roam at night.
Not a fan of the extra fees tho. Makes it not worth the money.
Didn't like or appreciate all the extra fees. Makes the price not worth it. After the daily fees and parking I could get a 4/5 star room instead. With a safer area. And working fans and tvs.

Wasnt able to get to the breakfast as I had to be at work site prior to breakfast being served. The cofffee in the office left a little to be desired with flavor and freshness. Also no sugar :/
The fan/light in main room was missing the remote so you were not able to turn the light off or change fan speed. The remote for the bedroom tv was nowhere to be found. Seemed as room was partial way through a remodel or something but still booked room.

Locations was great although not as advertised.
First, you get there and get down with your luggage just to find out that you have to put all your luggage back in the car and drive to another location to check in. You don’t check in at the actual property that you’re staying. This is very inconvenient. The property is old with no proper insulation for sound so you hear everyone walking around on top floor and you can also hear people through the walls just speaking or laughing. Bathroom had some mold and dirt around bottom of shower. Bed mattress was very used and uncomfortable. They’re very cheap. No paper towel, not even one plastic cup. They have an American coffee machine but tell you to go buy the coffee. We were lucky to get a roll of toilet paper!

The breakfast was horrible, it was bananas and raisin bread, and there were homeless people there. Both beds had dirty sheets. There was no toilet paper in the room. The tv in the bedroom was broken.

The location was great.
The hotel was one of many small places that seemed to be owned by one group. Check in was blocks away and not communicated on the reservation so when we got there we had to wander around looking for signs and asking people. Room was pretty bare bones.

The only thing I liked was the price just barely.
Completely run down and unmaintained. Filled with bugs before we arrived and during our stay. They started full room construction the 2nd day on our trip, and my 3 yr old daughter was so scared of the noise we had to be moved rooms TWO blocks away from my family, and would not be refunded the single day because of using Booking.com (which I will be requesting a single-day refund) the “breakfast” they provide you is of the lowest possible quality, only bread items and bananas for fruit, no protein or anything else, cream cheese is left in the whole tub outside for everyone to scoop out of. Apart from a couple the staff is like interacting with a ghost, they are beyond rude as well, and trust me I understand people are annoying but WOW! The “new” room we were given had No central AC as are other room, it had two AC units and ALL of the windows were broken, Room #103 and our first room was #2126, well apart from that guys Miami is great and I will be back, but N.O.T HERE!
