Nothing the staff was cool until the owner that dont even live here put the key in their back

How I was late 15 minutes of paying and they said they wasnt accepting me money. I work 12 hrs in the emergency room and I over slept 15 minutes. They threatened to put my clothes outside and they called the police. They treat people like animals they definitely gone respect our Houston culture.

Bathroom was clean. Most of the towels were super clean. Breakfast was included. Pretty quiet considering property is near the airport. Staff was friendly.

Maybe the sheets are a bit of a drawback but still ok.

Terrible, stay away. Do not waste your time or money. I repeat horrible customer services. There are plenty of hotels to choose from off Airport BLVD. Do not make the same mistake I did

Cable TV with one HBO channel old ac after moving to second room. Brand new full size refrigerator and microwave Very nice bathroom tile and vanity Management moved us from our first room with broken ac and roaches to a room with working ac and (still had roaches) Basic cold cereal, bread, and banana breakfast.

*LACK OF GUEST PRIVACY, roaches crawled on me in bed, AC did not work in first room, property damage to my vehicle* No guide on cable TV or in room for channel list and program lineup The manager entered our room without permission, calling ahead, or knocking prior to entry. There was a misunderstanding about our second reservation and I corrected it by paying immediately as soon as I was aware they had not been prepaid. The manager insisted on coming in every other day to inspect the room (that was the day I decided it was time to leave a week early and it honestly messed up my itinerary). He knocked while the do not disturb sign was up. The manager demanded they come in per hotel policy. I told him we had a problem with roaches in both rooms, including in the bed and that one was found floating in my orange juice cup on the nightstand. He suggested I had too much stuff in my room and that I move to another room (which would also have roaches a third time). I told him I understood that roaches also travel sith guests on their property taken between hotels. The manager asked where part of town I work in, how much I made per hour, how many hours a day I work, and what companies I work for. Breakfast was not as advertised. All that was available was fruit loops, whole milk, and bread. There were bananas but they were not ready to eat. The orange juice machine was out of order and the juice in it was bad. Toilet seal was broken under toilet in second room we stayed in, toilet rocked. TV would turn up to 100 percent volume every time we turned it off and back on. Many of the channels did not work or were frozen. Housekeeping began serving the room while we were still in it. I snapped, packed up, and left right then and there. The RGB light control was broken. A car horn went off a dozen times in a single hour one morning. It seemed intentional. I didn't mention to the manager about the car being dented badly by someone punching it just below the roof.

THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE

THE DESK CHAIR WAS DIRTY, THE CURTAIN HAD A HOLE IN IT, THE TABLE TOP WAS NOT CONNECTED TO THE TABLE LEGS, AND THE DESK DRAWER WAS BROKEN AND HANGING OFF. THERE WAS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM AND NO STOPPER FOR THE TUB TO TAKE A BATH.

Property is very clean and quiet. It’s fairly well maintained and the beds are comfy. The minimal continental breakfast is a nice accoutrement. Very well done for a budget motel. Housekeeping was very thorough and polite. Great job! The owner and wife are very cordial.

Outdoor trash cans in parking lot need to be emptied daily.

Staff, Value, and location. Hot water really worked, huge fridge. Breakfast even though I wasn't able to try it was available which I love for the price.

A few Little things I'd really have to be picky about but I was overall pleased with what my stay required like price, location, comfort, and safety, So, not doing that.
