The location was close to the airport.

We thought we found a decent room for a good price but that was not the case. The room was dirty and we found multiple roaches in the bathroom. We would not recommend this hotel.

Pool was not open as advertised. Did not feel safe leaving early in the morning to get to airport. Hotel had old mattresses, the thermostat was not working properly so you could not see what temperature was set.

Nothing. We requested a refunds because the place is a public health risk and should be shut down.

1) There were roaches in the toilet, shower, behind the bathroom door. 2) The front sliding doors were stuck open and would not close. 3) The parking lot entry still had broken pieces from the old arm-gate entry mechanism.

It was a place to sleep. That's all it was to us. The staff was nice too.

First the pool was under construction. If that would've been up to date on the website I wouldn't have booked there. Also both of our key cards wasn't working when we got back from a long day of softball. Also the ice machine on our floor was broken.

Breakfast available.

I reserved a room for 6 with 2 queen beds & a pullout couch. The couch wasn't made up as a bed/no sheets/pillows etc. When I called the desk they said I had to come get the sheets & make the bed myself & that I would be charged if I didn't return them.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had our room cleaned the next day other hotels do not clean your room until you leave or until you tell them to. Overall it was a pleasant stay at a great price.

The pool was closed due to renovations. And breakfast ends a little bit bit too early.

The room design was nice and the beds were comfortable. The housekeeping service staff was very attentive.

The lobby and hallways had a strange smell. Also, I reported to the front desk that there were creepy crawlies (bugs) in the bathroom. i.e. tub and toilet areas. The complimentary breakfast was not appealing (however it was complimentary).

The motel was clean. The staff was nice. I really enjoyed the location it was very easy to get on and off freeway to get to desired locations. It gave a good free continental breakfast.

My card was charged 32.90 for snacks and drinks i did not use in the room. My card was charged 2 days after I left. I wouod not buy 4.00 water or a real small soda for 2.50. We went out to eat and bought our own snacks for cheaper at the store.

The property looked like people were living in the hotel. I saw needles and dead roaches and upon pulling up and booked somewhere else. They will not grant me a refund despite the unrealistic advertisements they had for this dive hotel. Don’t stay there unless you want to take some 6-legged friends home with you, maybe a side of hepatitis.

Run down. Lived in. Bugs. Needles. Blood on my bedsheets.
