Shower did not get warm. Reported to manager and he acted as if I was bothering him. The other two guest including myself will not recommend Marriott after this experience. Probably won't use this hotel chain again. Dirty pullout bed but again the manager acted as if I was bothering him by expectating a clean bed with clean sheets and a blanket. Horrible service

Room 815 had a water leak around the window on a rainy day. Room was cold when I asked the manager to change rooms he insisted that he could get facilities person to my room faster than I could change rooms. Although I waited 2 hours for them to come put a towel down for the leak, the same pweson was quick getting back to the room to turn the heat on. Now with the heat on the carpet where the lwak was atarted ti smell like Mildew. This was a weekend Nightmare deal with mgmt.

$100 deposit fee that was not told to me before hand. When we left, we came back to the sheets being changed to bloody sheets that wasn’t ours. The walls are thin so you can hear when your neighbors open and close their door.

This property is absolutely fabuloous! It was clean, beautiful, and the staff was attentive each time we interacted.

When you book through a third party, you don't find out that the complementary breakfast is NOT complimentary unless you are a rewards member, or you PAY extra ... which isn't really complimentary, is it? In addition, we flew in, so we had NO transportation to "local" restaurants, so you were forced to dine in their over-priced restaurant. It wasn't until the last day that the manager let us know a breakfast menu was available. This is important because my husband and I do not eat enough for a $16 breakfast buffet. This is grossly unfair, especially to those traveling with children, or on a budget. We chose not to eat very much during our stay.

Breakfast was scrambled egg, bacon, sausages, porridge and melon fruit. It is the same every day and there is not enough varieties. We could not eat the same for 7 days straight. We went out of the hotel for breakfast else where on 3 occasions. It appears as though the tea and coffee were been horded. These were removed long before the breakfast ends, 10am. Location is great at it is close to Hobby airport.

It is not secured. The hotel appears to be a community hub if some kind. People came and go as they please. No restriction. You only have exclusive access to your room but everywhere else in the building could be accessed by everyone regardless with no questions asked. The building comes to life with noise and whittles, young male everywhere with hoodie. It was scary for me. I wouldn't stay there alone and would not be going back there.
