When you paid breakfast in advance you got a small card with very little choose. If you pay when you eat you have a better choose.

Cleaning could be better I saw one cockroach by the sink. The bed was not very good.

Staff is really friendly and able to accommodate requests.

Few things need to be checked. Bathroom door lock was not working and room service is done only after checkout. There is no oven in the room and coffee make is not clean.

The parking was secure as they had a security personnel outside at nights. The hotel had a restaurant inside which may be convenient for people who want to stay indoors. The hotel had microwave and ice machine on the floor I stayed which was convenient. The hotel staff were welcoming and took care of me when needed. They cleaned the room after 2 nights of my stay which was better than the cleanliness of the room I received.

I expected the breakfast to be more than what was offered. I did not like the sandwich or the roll and it felt it was not fresh as it was taken off a wrapper and heated. There are a couple of diners nearby which I tried and liked. The toilet had hair on the floor when I came but I noticed it late into the evening and was tired. I expected the rooms to have a kettle instead of the coffee machine. The coffee it produced was not good. I had booked the hotel room including breakfast but the hotel staff did not get that instruction. But the good staff took care of it after I showed the proof of it on my phone.

The staff, especially at reception and the two ladies serving dinner / bar and breakfast - thank you!

We chose this airport hotel because it had an on-site restaurant and bar but the service options were much more limited (and expensive!) than we expected.

Close to airport

One of the staff was very rude. There was a dead mosquito on the curtain. There was boo boo in the toilet. And there key machine was down so we could not a key. The staff would have to let us in. I checked in 4/6 and checked out 4/7. I do not recommend!!

Staff seemed nice enough and it was close to airport for an early flight

Hotel is very outdated. First room stunk and was dirty. They moved us and the second room seemed clean, but still stunk. This should be a two star hotel at most

Deirdra and Uriel went above and beyond to help me.

Breakfast is usually included most places I have stayed. Surprised that it was not included. I ended up having breakfast at the airport instead.

Everything. The lady at the front desk was unfriendly. Put me in a room with virtually nothing meanwhile there was a room across from mine wihich had a refrigerator and was cleaner. Though she later offered to move me but the damage was done
