Parking, security and location to the airport
Everything was old and dated. The beds aren’t really comfortable. The toilet didn’t work. Not enough lighting in the rooms.

From the second I pulled into the parking lot, I was harassed by some "security" person who didn't believe I had a reservation. I finally just ignored him and proceeded to walk in. The man that was at the checking area eyed me up and down as if I didn't belong in his hotel. He literally rolled his eyes at me. Asked for my card to get my room. Spoke to me as if I was stupid. I immediately turned around and left. I will never recommend this hotel and will forever tell people the treatment I received when I was there. Do better

The hotel is now called sonesta.very poor management.no house keeping for days.dirty birthrooms.There was a ball of hair stuck on the shower curtain for all my hotel stay.no one bothered to clean.The fridge was dirty and dusty.The carpets no words.overall very dingy place.go at your own risk

After we were able to get a room, the room was big and had 2 queen beds. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and no complaints about room.
The fact that we had reserved at this hotel because of free airport shuttle and it didn't run during am hours that we needed so had to pay for an Uber for transportation to airport.

This is not a Hyatt Regency. We were unable to check in after waiting over an hour. We left and stayed at another hotel. It is now called SONESTA. IS NOT A HYATT REGENCY.

What was there to like...brown cloudy water with black particles in the sink and tub the next morning NO WATER ALL and when 4 ppl were complaining at checkout he said it wasn't his fault. He said the city has turned the water off three mornings in a row.

The fact they were gracious enough to let us into our room early with me having knee surgery just a couple days before, was a blessing!
The noise level. We heard young people coming and going ALL NIGHT LONG!! As to them realizing they were loud, I had the feeling they didn't care, but the doors and walls could have been more insulated for noise.

The beds were comfortable and clean.
The bathroom counter had coffee spilled on it. TV remote batteries were dead. There was only one staff working the front desk at all times for check-ins, check-outs and service requests. Check-in took half an hour, so we didn't ask for needed assistance.

Absolutely nothing
I made the biggest mistake of my life trying out staying at this hotel. The one group I had to visit is incredibly close and I wanted to try a new place.When I arrived to the room, it was not clean, there was trash on the floor, the carpet was humid, the A/C vent and ceiling were incredibly dirty, and there were two dark red spots on the carpet that looked like blood. I contacted the front desk and I was told to go back to the lobby to obtain a key to a different room. When I went to get the key I voiced my concerns and asked if they were sure the new room assigned was clean because it was late and I didn't want to have the same experience. My mother also voiced her disapproval and disappointment about the state of the property and as we were walking away the front desk rep rolled her eyes and laughed. My mom turned around and told her that was not appropriate and to not do that and loudly voiced that was disrespectful and not good customer service. Just as that was happening, another rep from the property came along and my mom asked if there was a manager in and from the get go, not knowing the situation the rep that had arrived had an attitude and was very defensive even though we had a valid reason to be upset. She was speaking to us with a rude tone and she said the manager wouldn't be in until the next day and offered to cancel our reservation. My mom said ok that would probably be best and I asked how long it would be for the money to be refunded to us. The rep said that they were only front desk and that they could only refund the deposit so that I would have to speak to the manager the following day about a refund. She NEVER explained I would not be refunded. To top that off because she said my mom was giving a rude attitude (when they both were and everything was caused by the rep and we had a valid reason to be upset) she said she didn't want us staying there on the property and called security.

I looked for an emergency stay until I could fly home. The huge drawback was more than an hour wait until I could check in :-( people in the line were getting very tired and there were families with small children too. I felt terrible for them.

Poor cleanliness, atmosphere (safety concerns), entrance with steps, furniture looked worn out, and when we got to our room, the bed was not made. We immediately request a refund and left the hotel.

I had to renew my room for 4 more nights. I spoke directly with the hotel staff. They gave me a lower rate and included breakfast for my family with the new reservation. This is our 2nd time staying with this location and will definitely be back, and highly recommend them to anyone needing a good place to stay!! Oh and the staff at the breakfast every morning were amazing!!
The only small complaint was the last 2 nights of our stay there were conventions in the ball room. Which is open to the entire hotel due to design. A midnight event was held for the youth of the church organization, and they were really loud until around 2 to 3 am. It should have been held in a closed conference room. Other than that the hotel was wonderful.

The location was perfect for Chiropractor appointment with Dr.Johnson.
It was easy enough to go get food and come back.
Knowing there is a security guard at the entrance of the parking lot was a nice feeling knowing he is there.
Our room was on the seventh floor, to get ice I had to stop at each floor going down to the third floor where I found an ice machine that actually worked

Perfect location to our event.
I wish the bar would stay open later hours. Especially if it’s a Friday or a Saturday. I was forced to drive out to find a local bar for cocktails. I would have rather stayed in. It was super cold and wet that weekend.
