Bed amazingly comfortable/ water pressure and temperature was amazing as well
Accidental overage charged to my account and they immediately reversed it 48 hours
Young girl on staff that was rude and didn’t understand what customer service was. Staff Didn’t pay attention to the booking and had to ask for enough bath items for the room. Should think about adding a microwave to the room it’ll be more convenient

Very neat and every part of the place felt clean. It also felt safe staying there with a group of girls. Really comfortable beds. Love the little lounge area which makes it feel really spacious. There is a place to work comfortably if needed and wifi worked great. Breakfast was also good. Overall great stay and very glad to have booked this one.

It was nice that breakfast was provided, the building and rooms were clean, and the staff was nice.
I didn't like that there was a horrible sewer smell in the room, a new room was provided which didn't have the smell, but I did notice the smell when running the water or after flushing the toilet. I did not like that there wasn't any microwaves in the rooms.

Our toilet got overflow and the dirty water was all over the bathroom so we got to switch rooms in middle of night. I will never ever will stay with Hyatt again

Everything was horrible.
The receptionist called me at 2:30pm telling me she was cancelling my room if I didn’t give her my card number over the phone. When I told her no she hung up in my face. I made it to check in at 3:45pm and my room was not ready. I didn’t get checked in until 6pm. When I finally got a room it was a disability room and it was NOT cleaned properly! We found the last persons belongs next to the bed. When I asked for another room they would not give us one because they said they were booked but the room we had is not what I booked online. The couch and sheets had stains on it and the lights did not work. We had to use the light from my makeup bag! The manager was walking around with his head so deep into his phone that he wasn’t concerned about my complaints. At this point I went to my room to change and one of the cleaning ladies tried to walk into my room saying it was time for me to check out but I had just made it to the property! Never again will I stay in the Hyatt!

Nothing At all.
Our first room had a tub that didn’t drain. We had to move to another room. Then on the day of checking out, they send an invoice to my room saying I had a balance of 223.72 to pay them. When I swiped my card before checking in, they didn’t save my card. So that was a mess. They need a better payment system. They also sent my friend and invoice and she was in a completely different room. I honestly want my money back it wasn’t worth the money or time. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.

The breakfast was good just did not like the grits. I would have loved some hash browns and pancakes or waffles. The kids prefer link sausage over the patty would love if both were offered and Frosted Flakes cereal.
The pool water was extremely cold would have loved for the water to have been a bit warmer. I also would have loved to been told about the restaurant when I checked in.
