There is no good thing to mention about this hotel all are horrible. Except it is near by several restaurants.

Many to say, room smells bunk, food is worst, room is not clean, air conditioning is not working properly.

Only is good the location. For the rest, we can say that's good. If you don't have a car eighther, it's not a good place to stay. Only good about price.

We don't like the breakfast. Very poor, and very quickly a lot of people for a small space. Some pancakes, sirup, and bananas. Nothing more. A coffee not good. A juice in a bowl, very bitter.

I loved the in room hot tub, hotel, location and staff was amazing.

I was hoping for a bit more cleanliness in hot tub and bed sheets, it wasnt enough for me to call to get a sheet change but there were some stains on the sheets . In my opinion if there is even the smallest mark id throw them out. You are a hotel facility clean sheets are a must. Also Ice machine on our floor was broken .

The property looked nice on the outside, as well as the lobby area.

The room is so dated and dirty. It should not matter that it is close to Disney. It needs to be updated and kept up for people to stay in. Water came out of the juice dispensers instead of juice during breakfast which we didnt stay for we were so disappointed.

Beds were clean and comfortable. The room is spacious.

Breakfast ends at 9 am. That is just too early, no one wants to wake up at 7-8 to go to breakfast when on vacation.

I liked the proximity to Disney World and other venues in Kissimmee. There was ample parking and the room was clean and comfortable. I also liked that. There was a ceiling fan in the room which helped to move the air around more swiftly. There was also a modest continental breakfast, which also saves money in the morning.

There are some very serious potholes in the driveway on the way to the hotel entrance from 192.

The location was good, but thats all

The lady at the counter was super nice when we checked in. However, the property is old and outdated. It is clean but rather dingy and when we got to our room, the first thing I saw was a roach crawling up the wall. This was not like an outside roach, it was a roach like people that dont clean have. I called the desk and she moved us to a room on the top floor and I didnt see any roaches there. When we checked out, the man at the counter hardly said anything and I had to tell him that I needed my $100 damage deposit back.

staff was kind and informative. room was very clean.

lobby decor needs updating. halls and trim should be changed from yellow to grey. i think the yellow makes it look dated/dirty. Again this is a personal opinion. carpets look updated and clean but the yellow needs to go.
