The covers and bed were comfortable.
Things look "picture" good.
I traveled for business. The business area is separated and locked. In my room there was a fridge, but no means to heat anything up. There was no where to do work in my room. Outlets were nowhere to be seen...actually had to move furniture to get to something to charge my equipment (Phone, laptop, tablet)
The vanity would have been a place to use as a table, but there was no outlets there, and the space was 12 to 18in wide.
The TV used a prior person's account to view good programming (made me not trust the location). Over the bed, there was a HUGE mural with a girl looking down at my bed and it read "Can you find the hidden treasure?" (Yes...I searched to make sure there was no "treasures" in the room)
The breakfast tasted nasty. The Meat for the sausage tasted...cheap. The setup did not seem professional or though out...but screamed "cheap". I ended up skipping breakfast and considered going to the place next door for breakfast.
Everything at the hotel looks nice...but picture "nice". It's like having a golden toilet...it is pretty for pictures, but when you use it...it's cold, hard, unusable, and TP is nowhere in sight...then you find out the gold isn't even real.

Close to Disney and free parking.
We were told the hotel was overbooked and we had to wait for the staff to be notified by the manager if we would be able to stay. It was late at night. It was a bit stressful and tiring, we were calling Booking.com to try to find us another place to stay. We were left on hold. At the end, the hotel staff found us a room. This is a motel type hotel. Though we felt safe, the photos were a bit misleading.

Did not eat the breakfast. The one time I did go, a kids threw up all over the tables and I lost my appetite due to the buffet style. I didn’t want to eat there and they wouldn’t let you take your food to your room. So we just ate elsewhere.
First room had bedbugs. They moved us and the second room also had bugs. A roach crawled right on the bed in broad daylight. The floors were also filthy and left our feet black. I was not satisfied at all. Could have spent a little extra to stay on Disney property. Kids club was nice for the kids. But the price was not worth what you got imo. I want clean rooms free of bugs crawling on my bed. Also, our experience with Booking was sketchy. They scammed me into paying a higher price for additional days and no one could do anything about it. They threatened to cancel my original booking at non-refundable which was paid IN FULL unless I paid for the additional days which was higher than what had discussed with the agent and changes were made to my booking when I was promised they wouldn’t be. Not using booking ever again either.

The hotel is great, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice! We were assisted bu Said that was absolutely FANTASTIC! Very polite, willing to help us even with some touristic information. He is for sure a valuable employee. He made sure our friends, that don't speak English, were able to get all the information by speaking Portuguese to them. He is a genius!
The bed is very soft, so if you have back problems it is not so good. The breakfast could have a better variety of fruit and bread. It is a very american breakfast, not so healthy.

I love that the property has a lot of activity for the kids
The room was so dirty. I had to call the front desk for clean bed sheets. The bed sheets left on the bed had hair and some food crumbs on the sheet. It seem like they change the top blanket but not the sheets. The room had a lot of stains on the couch and on the Iron board. Over all the room need to be clean good. I also kept get one housekeeper who kept coming into my room everyday but didn’t clean just took the trash. It felt so uncomfortable in the room.

The property is PHENOMENAL. Beautiful rooms and beautiful landscaping. It’s a kids dream come true with how much they have to offer! You could vacation at the hotel itself with the pool, treehouse, bounce house, gaming areas and more!
Everything was phenomenal. I did not see a microwave In the room at all but that’s the only thing I would change and maybe add coffee pots to the room.

I like the fact that the kids had all kind of fun activities to do all over the hotel that was great experience for them from the bounce house to the wrap around playground to the swimming and everything they had a ball.
I didn't like the fact that they was kind of noisy but it was a kid's resort so what do you expect plus I did not like the breakfast they offered it kind of felt like leftovers the combination of the breakfast made no sense but other than that the resort was cool

Plenty of stuff for kids to run through
Maintenance rooms were wide open and music blasting with employees and lowered the value and look of resort. Couches in rooms replaced with end bed seats. Water smelled horrible in shower. Room smelled of chlorine. Kids center was outdoors with a giant fan at the end. Didn’t seem clean or safe or set for kids.

It was in a good location
The breakfast was horrible with almost no options they served meatballs and gravy for breakfast they had communal butter and jelly in a giant bowl so unsanitary. The room was dirty with very outdated furniture. The bed and the couch had stains on them with dirty sheets. The shower head was falling off the wall. The pool and playground area was dirty with many broken toys scattered about. Almost no upkeep on the property throughout the day. It was extremely noisy after 11pm at night they did not enforce the 9pm downtime. The pictures on the website are very misleading. Pool is very small and extremely cloudy and dirty. Would not recommend this property.

I liked the breakfast, a lot of options and very good overall. Also the areas for kids. The rooms were very clean. The checkin and checkout process was nice and simple
There is church music everywhere, that is insane. They don't allow to leave luggage before the checkin time, only paying a fee, and they place the luggage on the middle of the lobby. The room that says King bed is not a King, it is a regular Queen bed and the space is very reduced, not like the picture.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. This is an outdated motel on the side of a very busy 6 lanes road. The kids club means that there are facilities for kids, don't expect animators or organized activities. Poor breakfast as everywhere in the US. If you have bad luck of noisy neighbours expect to stay awake because there is no insulation. The motel is made of cardboard.

I Loveeee the price. But I didn't know this resort is manly for kids. My grandson was with me but I didn't let him play because I feel like those toys should be sanitized there was kids from all over and covid is not completely gone. You still have to be careful.. overall it's a great resort for Kids.
I didn't see any of the toys in the play yard getting sanitized and when we went to breakfast which was @ 9 nothing was there. I understand that we went late but there still should have been some food put out. So we left and went to the waffle house.

It was a great stay for the price. The room was clean and even though the reviews say bugs. I didn't see any bugs. The guys at the desk to sell us a timeshare we're nice and we ended up purchasing for westgate
A housekeeper came into our room an hour after we checked in with the do not disturb on the door. Also, I paid for a late check out but someone called after I paid and spoke to someone at the desk to confirm saying they were gonna charge us. I cut him off to tell him about the late check out before he could finish saying he was going to call the police.

The entertainment for the kids including the heated pool with inflatables, playground with direct access from the pool and the rooms. The breakfast offers good variety of food. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Ample parking spots.
The riding toys were all broken. Some of the games for kids didn’t work or weren’t turned on. There were no one at site to facilitate. But we understood because this wasn’t a four star hotel. We appreciated they did what they could to offer family friendly services.
