Everything was good and actually nothing that I think of. There were renovations happening at the time so the lounge area was quite busy but that was not an issue

It was a good hotel but they charged my card for $390 so to out my approval even after I gave a cash deposit. It has almost been one month and they have not refunded me. Additionally I got another charge of $100 from AC Marriot hotels and the manager said they don’t know who it is charging me. So they owe me a total of $400 after one month.

Location is convenient.

It took me 2 days to get simple hotel slippers from the staff. They told me they ran out of slippers and had no intentions to supply quickly. The attitude of some of the staff was not nice. I insisted since I did not want to walk bare foot (no carpets on the floor) or with my shoes in the room. Then they delivered but aleady 2 days had passed. It should not be so diffult to maintain slippers avaliable. It's just basic comfort. Parking is expensive at 60 usd.

It was close to where we needed to go Rooms was nice.

We thought we had the parking included and I guess "we" didn't pay attention we had to add it. It was super expensive, for 1 night $60. The next day we had to wait a bit for the valet. Seem they didn't have enough people around the check out time for the valet.

The outdoor seating area on the street. The rooftop pool even though it was small. The neighborhood is great! We went to the Peterson museum and the la Brea tar pits and would have done more but we had to leave. The downstairs areas are very nice but the room is pretty sparse but nice. Quality bathroom fit and finish Valet parking The market with a wide selection of items.

The worst coffee we have had in our life. Chaise lounges by the pool filthy, ripped, faded and stained. Only one bar of soap. We like when in the shower and the sink. Would like a couple of drawers for clothing. They're only two small drawers that you could fit maybe some socks in and some underwear. And they were at floor level. The light timer in the bathroom turns off before you can finish a shower. Vanity mirror is very poorly lit. It was hard to shave. Oh that's I'm just going to say it again: the coffee tasted like plastic and coffee. You have to take care of this. This nice of a hotel should have quality coffee in the rooms! Or at least start plastic coffee.

The check in person Ms. Rashida (spelling may be off) took extra special care of us. She’s the standard of great hospitality. She delivered excellent service and made the stay extra special. Izzy the first Isiah offered countless amazing recommendations that we loved and looked us to feel like a local.

I wish the shower was tile. I wish there was a soap dish.
